    Tank & Piping Replacement

    Customer service when booking our appointment was great and we received follow up emails reminding us of our appointment time. The two gentlemen that came to install the unit (Nick B & Mike R) were extremely friendly, personable and professional. The job was done quickly and when they left you wouldn't have known they were there aside from the new unit (very clean and tidy). Thank you for the great service Reliance!

    water tank

    Robert MacLean and Mehul attended my home to address a concern with my water heater. They were professional and helpful with educating me about the problem I was having and how to prevent future mishaps. They went above and beyond with explaining and educating me on my water tank and furnace- thank you.

    Water Heater

    Water Heater and Furnace Replacement

    I had an issue with my existing rental hot water tank from Reliance Home Comfort. The timing worked out well because I was in the market to upgrade the hot water tank and furnace at the same time anyway. I gave Reliance a call and had one of their sales associates on site within days. Lina Alviar was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to perform a thorough assessment of our current HVAC and hot water needs, discussed the various options, incentives, and benefits and genuinely worked hard to find the best fit/solution for my family's needs. At no point did I ever feel pressured into a making a decision. I worked with Lina and agreed to a new tankless water heater and furnace service from Reliance. Lina again pulled all strings to help expedite the installation date as my family with little kids was without hot water. The installers were prompt, friendly, on time, clean, and took the time to educate me on the new systems being installed. Lina checked in on the day of the installation to ensure we were being taken care of and has followed up several days post installation which was also a nice gesture. All in all, a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reliance to others.

    Furnace / AC Repair

    I have just experienced the worst service ever from Reliance. My blower motor died on my furnace 1 1/2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Now that you call into a call centre (the first person I talked to didn't understand how a furnace works!!), and they then deal with an outsourced repair company, nobody takes ownership of the customer anymore. Frustrating doesn't come close to describe how I feel. I have to keep calling in to find out what is happening, and then I have to explain my situation every time I call. My recommendation is to never rent a furnace from Reliance so that you are not held hostage and can take care of you own repairs - and probably a lot faster!

    Replacement furnace and A/C

    Kyle Cooper met me Sept 9 to discuss the replacement of existing furnace and A/C WHICH WAS INSTALLED IN 1990.Came to an agreement to rent and work was scheduled for Sept 10. Techs arrived at 9;30 and completed at 3:30. This is my rental property so I was not on site all the time. Super job done in a timely and professional manner. Protected the work areas with drop sheets which kept the place clean and easy cleanup. Tech explained what was done and how to operate the systems. I'm a contractor and employ similar housekeeping procedures so I was impressed. Many thanks Kyle for your expertise and your Reliance team. I have already recommended your rental program today to a friend.

    Furnace Installation

    I have been impressed with the quality of the job provided by the company advisor Tommy Gianitsopulos. He is the real professional in his area and very customer oriented individual. I would thank him for his service.

    furniture and A/C installation

    Dave Masters was our sales professional who initiated the process and has been my contact post -installation. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the products that we purchased and Dave has done an excellent job with customer service and follow-up.
