I was told that I would need a furnace replacement so Reliance sent over salesperson # 2871.This woman proved to be very competent and explained to me the differences between several furnace packages available and seemed to know exactly what I would need. She gave me all of the prices. I will call some other companies a call for price comparison.I have been very satisfied with the service that Reliance has provided in the past.The salesperson that Reliance sent was very polite,knew her product and was very helpful!

Matt and Neil were friendly, clean and efficient. We would be very happy to have them return or recommend them to others. They came on time, took time to answer our questions fully and left when they said they would.

I bought an older home 8 years ago, with a 13 year old furnace, and following the last 2 years of unpredictable and inconsistent performance, I bit the bullet and made the decision to invest in a new heating/cooling system. My home - and I - are worth it. I met with Joel who reviewed the best needs for my [home, warning him that I don't live in the swankiest part of Burlington, so I didn't want or need a "cadillac" level system. He provided good options and explained everything clearly, and I made the decision to invest in that meeting. Within a week, the truck rolled in. I was ready. The driveway was clear, the areas in the basement were cleared. BILL (#1377) and WES (#1893) arrived early. They were organized. They were efficient. They got it done. I was told it would take until 5pm….the team was pulling out of the driveway by 2:30. BUT not before a thorough orientation of the system, the thermostat, the humidifier, filter system, AC, new piping…..everything. I got the behind the scenes tour I was expecting for the investment I had made. And the cherry on top? It looks good! That furnace shines like a beacon of light in my otherwise dilapidated and unrenovated basement. I immediately asked my 75 year old father who is visiting me from Thunder Bay to come downstairs and look at the newest addition to my home. A retired Master Electrician, he IMMEDIATELY pointed out the electrical work was well done and "clean". Of course it was! BILL (#1377) and WES (#1893) are pros and I expected nothing less. I called Reliance to replace my 14 year old water tank. Their technician Joe Green came by, he first confirmed that our water tank needed to be replaced and he gave us an estimate on the pipe upgrade. Then he came along and did the replacement. He was polite, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He did his work efficiently and he cleaned up the place afterwards. He even taught us some basic safety precautions in using the water tank. I really appreciate his work. P.S. Reliance actually agreed to cover the pipe upgrade cost when I contacted them before Joe's second visit.

I called in for service and within an hour your team member R. Knicely # 1568 arrived. He spent time diagnosing the problem which was 2 fold and explained what he was doing as he went along. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained how to set the water heater and anwered my questions. It was an excellent customer experience.

Hot water tank was leaking. Jason Mitruk called before he came. We discussed the issue. Jason arrived 5-10 minutes after he called. Jason addressed the issue and looked over the entire tank to ensure there were no other issues. Jason was very professional.

Jason Mitruk came to my condo first for estimate and then returned to do the work. I needed my water heater turned and pipes moved to be able to extend a small washroom in my lower level. Jason was very nice, answered all of my questions and did the work quickly and efficiently. Very very nice guy ... Thank you again Jason :)

The service technician Robert Maclean was very polite, and customer friendly. He did an excellent job on fixing my furnace and A/C. It was a job well done and thank you for the service!

My water tank leaked, causing quite the mess. Aman S was the contractor, and did a tremendous job. I've had issues with reliance getting straight answers in the past, but, this call worked out great. The job ended up being much bigger than was anticipated, but, Aman was thorough and professional, all the while being extremely friendly, and helped explain everything.
