Mehrdad 'Mike' was the engineer that carried out our service. He gave me a thorough run down of how the furnace works. Great for someone new to Canada and furnaces! 24 hours later, by pure chance, a fuse blew and when I couldn't get through to the call centre he volunteered to come out and fix it. You don't get better service than that.

We recently had our hot water tank replaced by Richard P. The tank had a crack and water was leaking at the base. Richard arrived the following day and replaced the tank within two hours. We found Richard to be professional and courteous. He explained the problem and resolved it for us.

Joey D from Reliance Home Comfort was punctual, and knowledgeable on how to fix the water heater issue. He demonstrated respect and excellent customer service qualities. Good job Joey, Thanks! (For the record, the approx cost is for the monthly water heater rental charge and not for this repair work).

Joey D repaired my hot water tank efficiently. HIs polite manner and professionalism was noted immediately. He is clearly very good at his job. He arrived within the time frame he had given me over the phone, put down mats to protect my floors and had a very positive disposition. Our A/C failed at the worst possible time. Matt diagnosed the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and Rodney went the extra mile in getting us our new system as quickly as humanly possible. Reliance Home Comfort has a customer for life in me!

Norman Wong visited my home for an estimate to install a tankless water heater ($170 install, $45 monthly rental) from Reliance Home Comfort. Norman was a very professional, kind, gentleman whom I was happy to do business with. We have been Reliance customers for 7 years in different homes and they were the first ones we called to change out our water heater. In the past they came to our house on Christmas Eve when our very old tank needed repair right before a party we were hosting. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Reliance Home Comfort and high recommend dealing with Norman Wong for your services.
