Very happy with service provided by Frank from Reliance Home Comfort. He was very diligent in his work, professional and courteous. I would recommend Reliance home comfort for service work.

Daryl installed a new water heater in my home today and removed the damaged one from the Aug. 4th flood. He was quick, efficient, very polite and left the area very clean. I was impressed with his service. He even took the time to explain some differences about different models to me. I would recommend Reliance as a company, I have rented a water heater from them for 12 years now. If you're fortunate enough to have Daryl provide the service, you will have a good experience!

After the waste of spending an entire day waiting for service we opted to tell Reliance to remove their equipment and purchased a water heater from a professional company. When someone finally showed up at an agreed upon time, they were unable to do the service and we had to wait for another party. The 2nd party showed up after the 1st party left and then a 3rd party showed up that didn't know about the others. Can't imagine trusting this organization to actually have the ability to repair or install something...run fast very fast to anywhere but Reliance!

Excellent service, service tech Steve G RCC1277 did a great job! Quick efficient friendly! Made the called at 6am, job was done by 9:10am. Hot water is back! Thanks Steve

The repair man Frank ( #2651) called me shortly before 7 and said he would be by within 10 minutes. He was right on time and very professional and nice. He explained what possible reasons there could be for the unit not to be working and then proceeded to investigate each one. Luckily for me, it was covered under our service contract. He explained the whole process clearly and gave me additional advice about possibly protecting the A/C unit from theft and how to do yearly maintenance. I would highly recommend him. Suzanne

Yesterday Joe Green was sent to my house to fix my water tank which had problem.He is politely,he called me before he came,he is also a professional technician. He answered all my questions patiently

I called Reliance and made an appointment and had a service man (Jason M.) the next day he was very proffesional and reasuring. He explained the prosses to me then he said he would be back the next day to do the job which he did quickly and proffesionaly. I would recomend him to anyone.

Phil B. Consiglio came to our help in regards to our water heater. We have been having problems with the hot water turning on. He was quite kind and explained what needed to be replaced. He ordered the part for us and we should have hot water by tomorrow once the part be shipped in! I was very pleased with his service as it was prompt and even though we don't have hot water yet at least I know what the problem is and that it will be fixed accordingly! Thanks Phil!

Yesterday my roofers tore down my chimney to shingle my roof, turns out my two hot water tanks were still being vented through this old chimney. Now with the risk of a gas leak falling back into the house reliance was able to quickly come to the house with a quick resolution with a set up less than 24 hours for an installation of hot water on demand. James employee# 2881 and Jody employee# 2872 were outstanding!

Service Technicians Mike and Steve arrived promptly at 8:30 am as scheduled. They did excellent work,on time and cleaned up all their work areas before they left. Good job done.
