Tyler called to say he was a bit behind. This was appreciated. The pipes to water heater were leaking. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Would not hesitate having his company(Rescom) again.

I needed a new hot water tank and I called reliance they had someone come right away he could not do the job but make arrangements to get it done asap and also explained a lot of things to be so we also joined the reliance club and now are worry free his name was Matthew P. employee # RCH 1813 Thank you Matthew.

The Intaller Steve (member #1277) was excellent on a difficult install. Steve deserves 10 stars. The ranking is lower however due to the unsatisfactory office admistration of this install. When initially setting up this service I gave all contact numbers to the office. When a technical came out to assess the work he called me in advance of his arrival and we met on site no problem. The technician called the office to schedule the install with me present again providing my contact numbers ( to call in advance of the installer arriving). The day of the install no one called ahead and the installer arrived with out me and left. At the end of the install window i called the office to enquire. The office informed me that they had no contact numbers so I would have to reschedule the install. The office rep said it was my fault as I didn't leave any contact numbers and there were no numbers on record for the address of the install. I questioned how the technician appointment went so smoothly as I was called by Reliant. All i got was a rude response from the office rep that they cannot do anything until i give my numbers. When I finally linked up with the installer he showed me the number to call he was given by the office. It did not resemble anything that would look like it was a telephone number in Canada and way too many digits.

Mark Chevalier replaced my 20 year old hot water tank today. I have had many home service people do work for me over many years but I have never seen one as fast, competent polite and friendly as Mark. If I were a employer I would hire him in a day. This was a rental unit. the cost was just my estimate.

Replaced the hot water heater and piping. Mike R arrived on time and the piping was a bit of a challenge. That being said, he stayed late (past 5pm) and got the job done. Overall good job.

Was having problems with my hot water tank and Giancarlo Burdi came out checked and was back 2 days later with a new tank that he installed quickly, efficiently and very clean - had a new tank working in less that 2 hours. Thank Giancarlo Burdi - great job - would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort!

The water tank was missing the fire door and I called Reliance for service and they send a technician (Gurmeet) to resolve the issue. The first day that he came he did not have the part to fix the issue but he was kind enough to take the initiative to come the very next day with the missing part and resolve the issue for me. He even provided valuable advice on considering the upgrade of our furnace since it's old and rusty. He booked an appointment for me so that someone will come over for a free consultation. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Gurmeet from Reliance and would highly recommend their service.

Purchased furnace and AC from Reliance five yesrs ago and get it serviced every year for peace of mind. Serviceman Ed #8255, was very friendly and prompt. Very helpful in informing me on possible problems that could arise in the winter with frost buildup on exaust pipes.

We had Ian come in today to go over our furnace and air conditioner. He was very courteous and more helpful with advice than anybody we have had in before. He was very thorough and went over everything to make sure everything was working the way it was supposed to be. Kudos to Ian job well done.
