Despite my frustration with my Reliance Lease and after an unsatisfactory first service call, a very helpful and thorough technician Mehul Patel, replaced my water heater. He was very quick, clean and very pleasant. He explained everything that he needed to do and how long it would take. Mehul made my unpleasant experience much more pleasant. I must also thank Lisa and Penny in the office for their patience and assistance.

My service from reliance isn't always the best but when I had Otto Kanouni showed up to my house he changed my whole view on your service. He was very well mannered, he also assured me that he wouldn't be long at all and even cracked a few jokes with me which was quite refreshing. His service was amazing, found the issue and he said he would make sure that it won't cost much for the service, he lived up to his promise which makes me trust him as a great representative for the company

We had no hot water. We called yesterday and Wesley Lloyd serviced our hot water heater. Wesley explained why the water heater wasn't working. Thank you and reliance home comfort.

Installation of new furnace, air conditioner and air cleaner went very well - we are enjoying the cool air. Installation took most of one day - the humidifier still needs to be hooked up. This is a monthly lease. The salesperson seemed not to fully understand the technology and made certain representations that were not completely correct - fairly minor issues.

I have a service plan for my Air conditioner with Reliance home comfort. The air conditioner went down and a tech showed up. He diagnosed the the service valve needs to be fixed but I will have to fork out 1000 dollars on top of the fully covered service plan or replace the whole system with a 4000 dollar system. He shut down the system and since then no one showed up despite me agreeing to their terms. Judge for yourself. My a/c is down for a week now and despite making calls everyday to RHC, no one has done anything

I had my annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner, I was very pleased with technician Adam Walker's work ethic. I've had Reliance come many times before to do the maintenance but never had a technician do it as thorough as Adam did. He went over everything with me and made me aware of issues I might run in to down the road. I hope Reliance sends Adam to do my maintenance every year! Thank you Adam and Reliance. Juri

Matt, employee 1920, was polite, efficient and left our home as he found it. The initial response time to our problem was same day. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

My 8 year old ductless AC broke down so I called Reliance about buying a new one. They sent out Joe D'Onofrio, who was great. Joe knows his stuff. He explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. Once I decided on the unit to purchase, Joe arranged for prompt installation that suited my schedule. The installers arrived on time, did an excellent job and, importantly, cleaned up after themselves. The installation took about 5 hours -- well within the 4-6 hour window they had predicted. Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by Reliance and would highly recommend them

Daniel and James were both great guys, worked hard and left the worksite just the way it was when they arrived. Great job!!! I would not hesitate to recommend either of these two gentlement for installation..

We noticed a leak in the hot water tank and contacted Reliance for a technician. The problem was fixed within 24 hours by Wes. Thank you Reliance for your quick response.
