water on my carpet and underlay from back of furnace?Not the water heater, Excellent service ,quick response highly recommended company.Problem solved due to run off pipe from furnace. Ken was very efficient and very obliging,CALL KEN!!

Betty Burton was very knowledgeable and could instantly see that our current system was way older than we thought and that it was over sized. She explained the issues normally created by having the wrong sized equipment and at that point we could tell she really knew what we had been dealing with. Very happy with her help and our new system!

HWT from other company leaking wanted $$$ to replace venting. stuck with no hot water. Reliance came next day to replace tank. Jason was prompt and was professional in doing the install

My rental hot water tank was over 12 years old and my new insurance company suggested that I have it replaced. Daryl F. (RCH 2109) provided excellent service. He was very careful about moving the tank in and out of a finished basement, used drop cloths to protect the carpet and completed a fully professional job. In addition he went the extra mile by re lighting the pilot lights for the gas fireplaces. Very helpful and cheerful through out. Excellent experience.

Recently had a new AC unit installed and had some water leakage. Called Reliance and had Mario over who fixed the problem and was most informative and helpful as he explained other areas of concern.

John was at our house in the morning.. I had asked my wife to wake me up when the reliance guy would arrive. She didn't.. I was still sleeping after working a night shift. John was able to replace and install the new unit without having to wake me up... Great job! And, my wife told me that John's wife does have has many shoes as my wife !!! LOL.... We didn't have hot water since yesterday... will be nice to have hot water again... things we take for granted.. thanks !

I called Reliance about water leaking from my water-heater. They promptly sent Mario and Gian Carlo to inspect the water-heater. The source of the water-leak was identified and repaired. Mario and Gian Carlo were very courteous and cleaned the area afterwards. Thanks guys and Reliance.

We switched from a regular water tank to the tankless water tank to help out the environment. It was installed just under 2years. A few months ago we heard the thing beeping and a code 79 appeared. We called right away to reliance and within 24 hours a tech came to service the unit. A year later (just recently) it happened again. Got on the phone again and they issued a tech to come and fix it. Since it was the second time they have been over at our home to service it, the problem originally just gotten worse to the point that if it was left up to the manufactures we would be out of hot water for almost 2 wks in order for parts to be delivered. I have two small child a 6 yr old and a 13 mon old so that didn't fly right with me. Luckily they sent out a gentleman by the name of Chad and I'm truly grateful they had. He wanted buying what the manufacturing company was stating as they were useless and between him and his manager they were able to provide me with a new tank and have it delivered and set up that very day all before 5pm. I was contacted as a follow up by reliance. the rep who came was very pleasant professional and knowledgeable. We discussed options, he listened to my concerns and needs, was very thorough. Im very pleased with the service I received. He took care of everything. Thank you Darius

Mark worked within our time frame, not many people give up Saturday afternoons. He directed us on promotions within the company to help give us the best price. He started the paperwork so we could be "hooked up" before the snow flew. very happy with the service.
