Very prompt and professional service. The technician was very knowledgable and thorough. He provided good advice about filters and duct cleaning. We would be pleased to have Shawn Adams in our home to provide service anytime.

Our hot water tank stopped working on a Wednesday and on Thursday morning a service technician from Reliance named Joe, attended to the service call. Replaced the motor, and flushed the tank. Joe Green was professional, fast and efficient at getting the job done. Thank you Reliance for the quick response.

The water heater in my house tripped off overnight and in the morning today I realized there was a leakage from the tank that might have caused the water heater shut down. I called Reliance around noon today who promptly scheduled a tech for servicing it today. Mr. Otto came in the evening who quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He was very polite, punctual and knowledgeable for the job. Thank you Reliance and your Team!!!

I was having very bad experience of the kind of service given from previous rental company. Reliance gave me very prompt service. Tech Aaron from Acme Cooling was very professional and gave excellent service.

For the past few months our water tank has been loud when it starts up. We called reliance Monday and our tech was Wes #2491 who called 15 mins before he arrived. He changed our motor and cleaned inside the water heater. Thank you Reliance
