Water heater was leaking and not working. Called in the morning to request a service. Technician came right on time, very good service, polite and very knowledgable Wesley awesome thanks!

Had a problem with my new furnace - leak - the 1st week after installation and there was water damage. Couldn't get satisfaction until Stephanie Cusmanic took over the file. Like magi... everything taken care of. Thanks Stephanie

Great service was provided by Joe Green 2512 and Sanjay Indora 2883. We experienced a heavy leak in water tank that resulted in flooding in the basement. Both gentlemen addressed the problem very effectively in exemplary professional manner. Both were very helpful and friendly.

Lina Alviar came to my home on Monday and explained all the options for our water heater and furnace and air conditioner. We were pleased with her service. She offered us a good solution and she was very nice. The installers (Mike and Rob) also did a fantastic job. Thank you team!

When ever I turned on my Air Con, it would not blow cold air. Mario inspected the unit and found that there was wires crossed behind the thermostat. He fixed it and provided tips on maintaing the unit.

I called up reliance home comfort to get my A/C repaired as the fan was not working.The response was prompt as within minutes a technician called up and fixed the appointment .Mr.Frank Amirrajab,Senior technician inspected the A/C and was able to fix the problem,He was polite,humble and knowledgeable. We took a protection plan for furnace and air conditioner for $29.99 based on the feedback of Mr.Frank Amirrajab.When it was time for the Furnace and A/C to be serviced we requested the company to send Mr.Frank Amirrajab to do the required services as we were satisfied with his work.We knew that we could rest assured as he would not overcharge us and he was an expert in his field of work. The person in the customer service is always polite and efficient.

We just moved in to our house a week ago but there was no hot water for a few days. Ringo Lau and Chris Degouveia came in at 7:30 at evening. They were so helpful and skilled. In a few minutes, the problem solved! They were so professional and friendly. Ringo answered all my concerns about the hot water tank, guide me how to understand the "big kettle" :) , show me how to make the vacation setting. Chris advised me how to take care of our A/C, how often we should change fillter and intruduce some A/C service of reliance. Moving in a new home without hot water was a terriable experience but the service provided by the two professional made it to other side! For sure, I will recommend this company to all of my friends and families.

I recently had a Reliance Technician ( Matthew F.) come to my house in Burlington to fix a problem with my new power vented heater. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in the field he explained everything he was doing in detail. Matthew worked very hard in finding out the problem to my issue that other techs couldn't figure out. I highly recommend reliance and more so if you can get Matthew to come to your house through reliance then I'm guaranteeing the job done right! Very professional and committed to his work. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything still works. Great Job!

John Court team member # 2140 was absolutely amazing! Not only did he fix the water heater in minutes, but he also adjusted the water temp to allow me to save money monthly with hydro. John was funny, witty, and professional ( you could telll his product knowledge was extensive)
