It took us 3 months of dilligence with suppliers (down to testing response time to get to a "live" person on their support lines) before we settled on Reliance. I even used a spreadsheet to score the 8 suppliers, and shared the info (not the scores) with each of the 4 shortlisted vendors (without names/identification marks, of course!). After giving them a chance to respond to my spreadsheet comments, Reliance still came up tops!
Mike MacDonald (our Reliance Advisor) was steller throughout: Knowledgable, Direct, Trustworthy, Professional...above all very Honest and sincere in his advice.
We did have a hickup shortly after the install, but thanks to Mike's intervention (and the installers quick response), the problem was immediately resolved.
Our install, late July, was very professionally managed, and the crew that came in were just like Mike had indicated - very experienced and technically savvy.
Mike even worked with me to ensure my credit card payment would go through without a hitch (since there was a slight chance that the Reliance invoice could potentially send us over the limit). But at the end of it, all went perfectly. We even received almost $70 worth of FREE groceries - courtesy of the Reliance transaction!
All in all, an experience that my family and I had dreaded (and postponed for years), turned out to be a "non event" - thanks largely to Mike and his team.
