Sales person, Jeff Parsons was very thorough and informative. We elected the monthly rental. Work was scheduled quickly and completed on time. Technician were courteous clean and efficient. The explanation of the thermostat was incomplete and we had to call to have it explained and expanded upon. The technician's information was sketchy and missing some key elements for operating the thermostat. All in all, a good job within a short time period.

Reliance Home Comfort came in to do preventative maintenance on our home furnace. John, their senior technician, was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of questions regarding our furnace performance and he was very good at explaining what was going on.

The advisor called ahead within the time window provided. When he showed up he was very pleasant and professional. He quickly got to work and explained what he was doing as he worked. A great experience :) Thanks Jason

I called Reliance home comfort regarding my central air, they sent John Saliba within 24 hours and he fixed the problem. Very professional and he explained what the problem was. I would recommend this company 100%. Excellent service.

My fiance and I had nothing but a GREAT experience with Reliance. Rodney, our sales advisor, explained everything and all the details. He truly has a great knowledge of their products and is very dedicated to the company. Rodney called us to ensure installation was running smoothly and even came by later during the day! Talk about taking care of your customers! Our great experience did not end there. We had 2 installers, Bill and Wes at our home for the entire day and there is not one negative thing to say about them. They were extremely professional and friendly. They walked us through how to use the systems and left our house so clean. We have had many service calls to our home and nothing compared to their workmanship, cleanliness (left no mess) and professionalism. They make quite the team! We would definitely recommend reliance in a heart beat! Nothing but a positive experience. We hope we will not have issues with our units but we are 100% certain that any issues will be handled in the proper manner!

My ac unit/heater quit on us, we went most of the summer without ac, we called reliance as my family has dealt with them and I have in the past. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain all te options I had for putting a new unit in. When the day came to put it in the guys were very nice and accommodated my children who wouldn't stop bugging them. They got it in fast and promptly. All in all very happy with the service.

Our annual furnace inspection took place in early August under our Maintenance Service Plan. Technician, Ron M., (#1582) was prompt, efficient, and made a fuss over my dog. The last item was the most important, of course!

Wes has been very helpful and resourceful, he fixed my problem in a timely efficient manner. I'm happy with his performance, would recommend your company and service to others. Thank you reliance

Called union gas in the morning about rusty hot water, they sent a service man John #1485 was clean and polite he change the hot water tank very please about is work was fast.
