I want to thank Chad McDaid for providing me with the benefit of his expertise and good advice for helping me to arrive at the correct decision as to whether or not to exchange my 60 gallon water tank for a 40 gallon tank. Chad and his assistant, Alireza, convinced me that the correct decision was to keep the existing water tank. Chad gave me detailed reasons and explanations which were appreciated. Both gentlemen were very courteous and professional and I value their judgement. An adjustment was made to make the water tank operate more efficiently and use less gas. Mike roberts replaced vent on rental furnace , I found he was very knowlegable and helpful and answered all my questions . He has given us the best service ever with reliance. Thanks to mike we really appreciate your service. He was on time, didn't leave a mess, did a good job on the vent. Everything is running great on the furnace now.

Mario Cirelli serviced my furnance today. He was prompt both on time and during the service. Being a mechanical person myself, I felt Mario's work is in good detail and care. I am very satisfied with the service.

My 17 year old water tank was leaking quite bad when I got up at 5:30 AM. Called for service was told repairman would arrive between 7AM and 11AM. Received a call at 11:30 indicating they were running behind time and would be another hour. I called at 1PM and they told me I was the next on the list. At about 1:20 Matthew P. RCH 1813 arrived. He was very polite and very pleasant. He listened to my concern and indicated he would replace my tank right away and it would only take about 45 minutes. He proceeded in a very efficient manner continuing to be very pleasant. He completed the job in a timely fashion making sure everything was done correctly. He then made sure the job site and path to the door was left as he found it, neat and clean. Thank you very much Matthew I was very pleased at your level of service, you made up for the tardiness of the expeditor on the phone.

Matt along with Maher and his team showed a very professional and personal approach to our installation. They were very courteous and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The service Rep was named Vahid Kermanshah. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the issue immediately upon entering our home. He replaced the thermostat and monitored its' result very closely to validate the correction as required. His friendly and personable demeanour made it a pleasure to deal with. The system has worked perfectly since and we are very happy with Reliance in how they backup their claims of good service, as we experienced personally.

Every facet of my central air installation was well-organized and efficient. Kelly Gilkinson is my rep at Reliance; she is the epitome of professionalism. She deserves this awesome rating due to her knowledge about the units and installation processes. There were no surprises.

Sales person, Jeff Parsons was very thorough and informative. We elected the monthly rental. Work was scheduled quickly and completed on time. Technician were courteous clean and efficient. The explanation of the thermostat was incomplete and we had to call to have it explained and expanded upon. The technician's information was sketchy and missing some key elements for operating the thermostat. All in all, a good job within a short time period.
