I bought my A.c. from Reliance 4yrs. ago in Collingwood,worked well except it quit on me on Sunday, to my surprize after calling a service man Darren in it was the cause of an earwig, problem solved Darren was so polite and very obliging,this is his second time here and I can't say enough how pleased I was with him,personality plus,job well done Darren,hope I can get you again if I have any trouble.way to go,they need more men like you keep up the great work,

We couldnt get hot water out of our taps last night. I called reliance and they came quickly and fixed my water heater. Thank you Wes for your friendly services

Last week I heard water spraying in the furnace room. I went in there and found hot water poring from the hot water tank..The was at least an inch of water on the floor. I called Reliance and they sent out two kind and qualified service technicians that arrived on time. They fixed the problem quickly and with a smile. Their names are Mario Cirelli, and and Joe Green. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Have just bought a furnace and tankless water heater from Darius Chichgur who is and exceptional sales person. Well informed, considerate and friendly and professional. He is a valued employee, I'm sure. A pleasure doing business with him. P . Woodworth

The technician Adam Walker went right to work no stretching the job out was very professional and polite . Did a great job ordered new filter and gave clear instructions as what to do when it arrived should be here in 2 to 3 days will call to have it installed correctly this time. Well done Adam

Ken & Joe from Rescom Home Comfort were fast & very courteous & we were very satisfied with their service. They explained the job in full detail to me every step of the way. Left the house clean and both gentlemen were very respectful and polite. It was an excellent experience!!!

Our water heater broke in the middle of the night and by next morning around 10am it was fixed. We called Reliance as soon as we found out it was broken and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Phillip Consiglio showed up on time, called ahead to give us the heads up, and fixed the heater within 30 min. of arrival. Thanks, Phil!

Brendan Murray showed up for an appointment we had forgotten about,we decided to talk to him. Lucky for us he answered questions very thoroughly and some we hadn't even thought of. He was very patient and answered all our concerns. It came down to an offer that was better than all the others we got and the schedule for installation was very flexible. The workers were efficient,very capable and clean. The furnace is fantastic as were all the people.Thank you Reliance.
