Communication with Reliance was disgusting. 5 phone calls to get water heater checked. Finally, 60 hours after initial call and contracted service visit, Reliance tech Mike R. came to install new unit. He was great. Reliance you need to improve your internal communication big time!

Mark who installed my ac and furnace did a great job he was efficient ,courteous and answered all my questions he even followed up immedaitely with a small problem that i was having with the tripping of my breaker he checked everything and guided me on how to use the ac most efficiently thanks Mark i would recommend you very highly

I had Union gas shut my water heater shut of as I had a little leak. Called Reliance was very happy as Amber was able to resolve the problem the same day.

10 plus!! Derek (employee 11339) was fantastic! He serviced my Moms a/c unit and remembered her from the initial install and my words, saying 'please look after her as you would your Grandma' and he did! Thoughtful, kind, considerate, wealth of knowledge and quality work. Employee of the year in our books!

The doorbell rang and Phil walked in and said "that was the best doorbell I have ever heard". Right away, he is happy and asks "having hot water issues?" He was smiling, happy, and got right to the point. I must say, he was fast, efficient and you can tell he enjoys what he does. THAT is the type of person Reliance should be proud to represent their company. The only problem with Reliance was whom and what country we had to speak to before we actually got to talk to anyone, and was on hold for 2 hours with being switched from operator to operator.......that part was absolutely AWFUL. Thanks Phil for a wonderful job and getting the hot water tank working........off for a hot shower now!!!!!!!

Changed from oil to gas. Package included air conditioner and tankless water heater replacing the electric rental. Darius the representative from Reliance and John/Kelly from Georgetown the installers I highly recommend. Courteous, available, answered all my questions, efficient. I have no complaints.

Jon the sales guy was very nice and helpful. The 2 installers, Jon (1771) and Ryan (2660) were on time, fast, courteous and professional. Thanks for a job well done!

WOW!!! I am amazed of the professionalism of Rob and Norm from CJW Heating (install crew for Reliance). They certainly cared about the customer and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the installation. They checked and rechecked everything and made sure the furnace was fully functional, and cleaned up before they left. Rob even diagnose an issue with my A/C while setting up the furnace. Rob and Norm put my mind at ease and I am very happy with their work. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! Tommy Chou, the sales advisor from Reliance explained the whole process in detail, and was very caring. He even dropped in on the day of the installation to ensure that I was happy. NICE GUY! The whole installation process was seamless; I am very happy that I choose Reliance and would certainly refer them to my friends and family.

I bought my A.c. from Reliance 4yrs. ago in Collingwood,worked well except it quit on me on Sunday, to my surprize after calling a service man Darren in it was the cause of an earwig, problem solved Darren was so polite and very obliging,this is his second time here and I can't say enough how pleased I was with him,personality plus,job well done Darren,hope I can get you again if I have any trouble.way to go,they need more men like you keep up the great work,
