Hi Michael Just wanted you to know that I am very satisfied with my new air conditioner. It is much quieter than I thought it would be. Also the installation by Sauga went well Mark and his men did a great job the clean up after the installation was very good. I will have no problem with dealing with Reliance Home Comfort in the future.

I realized I had no hot water. I called reliance and they sent Wes within 24 hours. It was fixed in under 20 minutes. He was very helpful and polite.

Very good experience with the salesman Phil and installation crew. They were very pleasant and prompt. Did a nice neat job. Very favorably impressed. I would definitely recommend them to others

Craig Austin serviced my furnace today. I was extremely pleased at the way he went about his job. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained some of the processes as he went along. He went above and beyond. I would like him to continue to service my furnace. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CRAIG.

Our experience with Reliance was excellent from start to finish. From Ajay walking us through the options for our new furnace/AC system to the installation job. Both Matt and Neil were outstanding over a full-day installation. They were friendly, answered all of my questions and did an outstanding job with taking apart the old system and installing the new one. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Otto was amazing, friendly and courteous. Very professional and did a very good job. I would recommend him anytime. Reliance home Comfort is the way to go. Very fast turnaround too.

Cancelling any service with Reliance home comfort is difficult. Called in to cancel, Customer service need email confirmation. Sent an email never recieved a confirmation regarding cancellation. Called couple of times and never recived a positive response

Our experience with Reliance was excellent!! Our technician Joe DOnofrio was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our air conditioner is was blowing air but not cooling our house. Joe examined our unit and said it was our fan motor. He ordered the part had delivered to our home and returned to install the new motor and repaired our unit. Now our air conditioner runs perfectly and is the quietest in the complex. Bring on that summer heat we're ready!! Many thanks Joe!!!! Rose & Billy

I had a water leak on the tank and I called Reliance for an inspection. The Technician who came was Allen . I was extremely pleased with the way he went about his job. He was very courteous and professional. He replaced the tank the next day. His work was very efficient and tidy. I highly recommend him.Good job Allen.

Wesley Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and patient in explaining the issues. He immediately isolated the problems, fixed them and provided an explanation as to why it occurs and how to avoid similar problems with our hot water tank in the future. He was quick, clean and efficient. He arrived less than 24 hours after the service call was placed and contacted me prior to arrival with sufficient notice. No charge as the service was covered by monthly rental fees. Very impressed with the customer service provided by this company as a whole.
