Excellent Service Technician #7204 . He came on time and did a a review for the performance of the equipment ( Furnace and A C Unit) and replace a damage ( circuit plate). he work was Clean, Thorough Work, in a Polite and Professional manner. Thank you.

I was having problems with our hot water heater and when i called the customer service dept was kind and helpful, and the service did not end there; our technician (Jason Mitruk) that was sent was very informative and helpful

Paul did a great job thanks ,called before hand, did a neat and clean job , on time, and polite. Tank is a rental so everything was done for free.

I met with Dan Shepley about replacing our heating and cooling unit. He was well informed and did a great job helping us through the process. Dan and Luke did a wonderful job on the installation. Everything from beginning to end was very professional and extremely satisfying.

Wow!! Excellent service. Our old water heater started to leak last evening around 8:30 p.m. My husband contacted Reliance at 8:00 a.m. the following day. They said we would have someone out between 1 and 5 the same day. The service man was here promptly at 1:00 and had the new rental water heater installed in just a little over one hour. I am impressed. The serviceman was also very friendly and very professional. I would recommend Reliance to anyone with a similar situation and, I would definately use them again.

Service from the local Rescom group, was on time and they explained everything. As a result can trust everything is being looked after and adjusted for proper operation. In my case parts need to ordered. A couple of days lead time was given with confirmation of a phone call once they have the items and return to install them.
