Phil came to check our failing A/C and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem promptly and went beyond by giving us better filters, cleaning our unit and was very personable. A great ambassador for Reliance...thanks again Phil!

Greg and Hakim were due at my house between 8:30 and 9:30 am and they arrived before 8:15 am which was perfect. The install was supposed to take 4 hours and it only took 3 hours. They were very friendly and forthcoming with information about my water heater. A very satisfying experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Good job.

We had 2 other Techs try to diagnose our issues, yet they proved to be less than knowledgable, Until Chris Degouveia who was very knowledgeable. Explained the issues and ensured that the right part was ordered, and took the time to ensure that the installation was done right. Chris Was courteous, extremely professional and punctual.

I had Mr Heqiang Zhang ID# 2701 look at my air conditioner. He was extremely helpful and solved the issue. On time and attentive. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

Jeff Parsons was awesome. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, and helped us to choose the best products for our home. He even reviewed our bill and found a mistake, which he helped us to correct and save more money. The installation crew was amazing. Despite having to custom build parts and wait for delivery of pieces, they got us up and running before the house was unbearably hot again. Would highly recommend! Thanks to everyone for a super job.

A tech by the name of Shawn RCK2709 showed up to do a furnace tune up. The technician who was sent to my residence was very polite and did an excellent job. He explained what was going on and was easy to maintain conversation with. I would recommend Reliance to friends and family. Thanks.

what a horrible customer disservice. i had new equipment installed 10 years ago and have paid $15,600 over the years. now i have sold my house and wanted a copy of the original agreement to provide purchasers as they will be taking over the rental agreement. IMPOSSIBLE! Yes i no longer have my copy but its not like i want the original 10 commandments, its just the rental agreement. can't get it from them. i have tried at least 5 people and even received a cover page of someone else's contract in error. i have every excuse there is and have been promised i will get it many times. i was told my lawyer need to fax a request to their legal department, but the fax at the other end rejects incomong faxes, it has been an endless exercise in frustration. i am now left to call consumer protection and launch a small claims court action as i now am concerned they have been overcharging me beyond the 7 year rental term and that is why i can get a copy of the agreement. i was told the buyout price was $4430 plus hst but there is no basis provided for this calculation. cant find out what the original cost was when it was installed but i gotta think the $15600 i have paid should cover it. BEWARE or their slick talking sales pitches, the rental contracts are a nightmare!

we called home service to come fix water tank. they came the next day to fix it. Saleem Malik came to fix it, he did an amazing job was very friendly and explain what the problem was and fixed it right away I would recommend home star reliance to anyone and also saleem because he did a fantastic job I was very happy!

Leland came to our house to fix our water heater, and ended up putting in an order for replacement after he got it working (it was quite old). He as friendly, courteous, and very professional, and we are grateful for his care in our home. P.S. I am reposting this review, as I do pay a quarterly fee to Reliance but had unchecked the 'paid for service' box on the previous review.
