Leland came to our house to fix our water heater, and ended up putting in an order for replacement after he got it working (it was quite old). He as friendly, courteous, and very professional, and we are grateful for his care in our home. P.S. I am reposting this review, as I do pay a quarterly fee to Reliance but had unchecked the 'paid for service' box on the previous review.

Rayon the technician was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to everyone, it gives you piece of mind! I have had this service for the past 10 years and it has more than paid for itself!

We called Reliance to have our A/C unit assessed and repaired. Leeanne, (office support) was kind and professional. Todd (service technician) was amazing. Showed up on time, effective and knowledgeable. Thank you Todd and Leeanne!!

Nick B (2399) and Daryl F (2109) showed up to replace our hot water heater. Turns out it was a bit more work than they bargained for due to the way the builder installed the original unit. They were courteous, professional, and polite. Kept the place very clean - and even did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Not a left over nut or screw in site when they were done. They were quick, efficient and did a really nice job on the install.

Installation crew Rob, Norm and Chris from CJW Heating did a great job with the installation and were in time and ensured that the job was completed well. They were polite and professional and their team work is commendable, Thanks
