We were having a problem with our hot water tank. This had happened in the past and one of the components had to be replaced. The person I spoke with late in the evening was very helpful and polite and made quick arrangements for us to have the tank serviced. The day after we called, the water hearter was heating water again. I explained this to the advisor, Wesley Lloyd, when he called to let me know he would be at our house shortly. He replied that he would come and check it anyway. Sure enough, there was a small problem that he corrected. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant. He explained the problem and how it could be avoided in the future. Very pleased with his service.

The Service Technician (Robert Maclean) provided an excellent service and I was very pleased with his professionalism and sound expertise. He simply exceeded my customer expectation. We called Reliance to find out about getting a more efficient water heater. They came THAT DAY to replace it. Joey D RCH 0977 arrived with in a few hours to check things out, and told us our water tank was WAY too big for the number of people in the house and swapped it out, no problem. He knew my name, My daughters name and was so pleasant to work with. I barely knew he was there. gone by dinner time. Awesome.

The team of Josh and Alex #1147 were amazing. So professional and quick. I wish every company that comes to work on our house had a team of guys like these two. They had us up and running quicker then we were told and the work done was clean and organized. Thanks

Technician RCH2296 did an excellent job changing the rented hot water tank. It was done efficiently and left the area clean and in same order as before he started the work. Great Job.

Inspection of old 20+ year old heater was within two hours of my call. Installation of new heater was prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance. Jason Mitruk came to our newly built house on July 23, 2014 to install water heater. He came on time, was very polite and informative. He was efficient and did a good job on installation of the water heater, and was overall very helpful and pleasant in contrast with negative experience we just had with local subcontractor. Mr. Norman Wong who was the representative to explain the service was extremely helpful and very curteous. I am very happy with the outcome in changing our old furnace and A/C to the new one provided by Reliance.
