Earlier today Adam Walker, a Senior Technician from Reliance installed a Humidifier. He was very professional and worked in a timely manner, He also made our gas piping up to code as it wasn't to industry standards.

Mehul Patel was here and he did a very good job. for this i will recommend relianiance home comfort to anyone who may be in need of such service. He called before coming and he is knowlegeable about gas appliances.

My old water heater from Reliance was over 10 years old and with four teenage children, we kept running out of hot water. I decided to upgrade to a new tankless water heater and after meeting with a very knowledgeable Reliance sales rep, the installation crew arrive a few days later. I just wanted to thank Reliance and my incredible installation crew. Rob and Norm from CJW Heating arrived first thing in the morning at the scheduled time and they completed a very complex install in just a few hours. The work they did was outstanding and they are certainly one of the most courteous and professional installation crews that I have had the pleasure of using over the last number of years. Great customer service! Great product and a great installation experience. What else could anyone hope for. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a house with a water heater with an existing contract with Reliance Home Contract. The initial piping installation by the builder was touching the venting thereby making it noisy in the family room when the heater turned on. Reliance sent over their technician Mehul Patel. He was very friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions. Also, he was able to fix the noise issue. As a result, I was extremely happy with the work that Mehul provided.

My water heater wasn't working properly and I called reliance and I had someone at my house right at the time we scheduled and his name was otto ..he was a knowledgeable guy and knew what the problem was right away and was able to fix it with no issues . He even gave me advice on how to avoid this situation again which was great. .Over all it was an awesome experience

We discovered a water leaking in basement in the evening while cleaning up after dinner. We made the call to Reliance and set up the appointment for the next day. Mauro B. came over first thing in the morning and had us back up and running by 9:30 in the morning. Quick, easy and a job well done! Thanks!

I had no hot water since 2 night ago, called reliance to get them to repair and had someone at my door the next morning, otto rnt2602 from the mississauga branch was very curious and approachable, he was able to identify the problem in no time and was able to repair in under 30 minutes, great service time considering I had to go to work .

called reliance on Monday. Wes came and serviced the hot water tank on Wednesday afternoon. He called before showing up and came within the predicted time frame. Thanks reliance for your service.

On July the 29th MR Robert Maclean came to my house to repair a furnas. MR Maclean did an amazing job on trouble shooting the problem. He was very clair explaning the problem with the furnas. On my behalf i thank Mr Maclean for the great work he did for me!! he was on time like i was told and did a great job on cleaning up after doing the work.

Joey D (rch #0977) and Aman S(rch #2379) came by my house to replace my hot water heater when I discovered a major leak this morning. I am very appreciative of all of their efforts as they were very professional, straight forward and most importantly clean. They laid all the drop sheets and wore covers for their boots. They worked hard explaining everything they did as they went which gave me a better understanding of how my hot water tank works. I would recommend either of these guys and reliance to all my friends and family as they made me feel confident in their knowledge and ability.
