I was mandated to replace my water heater due to a code infringement. I am not particularly happy with the scheduling and co-ordinating service provided by Reliance (this has taken over a month and several sunny Saturdays sitting at home waiting for a technician to come and still not have the issue resolved because they had not been given the proper information). However, today I finally have a new water heater efficiently installed by Wes C. (RCH 2380) and Nick B. (RCH 2399) and they did an awesome job!!! They were friendly, courteous and professional and answered all of my questions about the water heater. Thanks Wes and Nick! :-)

the technician was prompt, curtious and very information and did a great job. i would recommend this service and technician to others. gave great advice regarding regular filter and regular maintenance.

The motor on my water heater went out. Mehul Patel was the technician who came to my place. He figured out the problem in no time and replaced the motor. He was very courteous, friendly, and customer service oriented. I really appreciate the work he did.

Reliance "Trusted Advisor" Jason Mitruk was a true professional. He was courtesy, competent and very knowledgeable. After this experience I will definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends because of the service provided by Jason.

Shawn RCK2709 called to give me the estimated time of coming to my home to service the air conditioner and furnace and was right on time. He appears a very pleasant young man who was easy to maintain conversation with and it appeared very efficient in his work manner. I would recommend him to anyone asking for help.

We had 4 people come to fix our a/c and every time they left it would end up breaking again. Mark R #rch1823 came in and spent the time to fix the problem properly.

Matthew Santos helped us choose the right central air conditioner for our home. Last year, we dealt with the summer heat because we were sure we could not afford an AC. Matthew helped us find something that fit our budget needs. We have a beautiful AC now. I hate the process of purchasing big ticket items, but MATTHEW SANTOS made the process easy to understand. I want to thank Reliance for the great service and product. I recently inquired to purchase SmartAir A/C. A gentleman by the name of Matt Santos met me in home. He was very professional and took the time to explain the different benefits of air conditioners. I ended up deciding on the SmartAir 1000 which I had installed a week later! Matt kept his promise and the installation experience was excellent! He brought coffee for the installers and showed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. Approximately a week later i noticed some ice was forming outside around the AC lines. I called Matt right away and explained the situation to him. He instantly arranged for a technician to come over without hesitation! Technician Rob came the rescue and determined there was an issue with the TX Valve. Rob replaced it for me and I have had nothing but great cooling ever since! Rob was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would like to thank Reliance, Matt & Rob for sticking to their promise and making me feel like a valued customer and part of the Reliance family!
