I want to thank Reliance for the great service and product. I recently inquired to purchase SmartAir A/C. A gentleman by the name of Matt Santos met me in home. He was very professional and took the time to explain the different benefits of air conditioners. I ended up deciding on the SmartAir 1000 which I had installed a week later! Matt kept his promise and the installation experience was excellent! He brought coffee for the installers and showed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. Approximately a week later i noticed some ice was forming outside around the AC lines. I called Matt right away and explained the situation to him. He instantly arranged for a technician to come over without hesitation! Technician Rob came the rescue and determined there was an issue with the TX Valve. Rob replaced it for me and I have had nothing but great cooling ever since! Rob was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would like to thank Reliance, Matt & Rob for sticking to their promise and making me feel like a valued customer and part of the Reliance family!

the advisor name Andrew Cheng provided great explanation with patient and good recommendation for future use. he prove that my water heater is too old to use now and would be better to change to a new one.

Just had a new A/C installed.. great experience, sales rep was very informative, installers Rob and Norm.. were excellent, very professional, friendly, experienced, and courteous, explained everything and answer all our questions.. would recommend Reliance to friends and family

VERY SHORT, GOT A THIRD PARTY TO LOOK AT MY FAN MOTOR, ONE WEEK LATER NO SHOW, CALLED 13 TIMES, 15 CONFIRMATION EMAILS LATER, RELIANCE TECHNICIAN FIXED THE PROBLEM AFTER A TOTAL OF 12 DAYS, WE DO NOT WANT THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS.

A Reliance Technician named Jason N. # 0829 came to do my yearly Central Air service. He was Friendly, Knowledgeable and the First Tech. in Many Years to check the refrigerant levels in the unit without being asked if it was needed. Congratulations Jason for actually knowing Your Job!!!!

we had our furnace and a/c replaced LAST November and it came to home inspection time by city of Windsor. Did not pass. Dedalt with kip..waste of time. Fast forward 8 months. Abdul to the rescue..repairs done and waiting for approval from city of windsor

Richard P. came to fix our water heater. He was prompt and courteous, answered all my questions and even took the time to explain certain things about the unit. He took care of the problem quickly and I had hot water back in no time at all. Thanks Richard.
