Our furnace fan started to sound horrible together with giving off a burnt odour. Having their Protection Plan, we called Reliance and was promptly visited by their technician Frank Amirrajab. On his first visit he assesed the equipment and ordered the necessary parts. He was very experienced, and curteous. On his second visit with the new components, he was very prompt and arrived on time. The repair was completed very efficiently and he took the time to also look at our AC and offered maintenance/repair suggestions. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

GREAT service from our service rep Norman Wong, Everything he said was true to his word. Very professional. The installers were great also. Would recommend them to friends & family.

After 12 years, our old HVAC system suddenly died last Friday. By Saturday, Reliance Home Comfort and its sales rep Karnik Tellyan had provided us with an excellent solution to our furnace & air conditioning woes, and by Tuesday his crackerjack team had it professionally and correctly installed. Everyone involved in this process was very sincere, prompt and efficient. Thank you Reliance for keeping my family from overheating on the hottest day of summer so far!

Quick Response, Quickly fixed the problem. Then cleaned up the water from the leak. Thanks Daryl. Very happy with that service. Would have been a 10 but call centre was a bit intense, nothing to do with Daryl.

Chris Z and Dan B. installed my new furnace and air conditioner today. They were very friendly and most courteous. They arrived when they said they would, did a very professional job and left the space in the basement very clean. Great job Chris and Dan.... I would recommend them to any customer!

Notice water dripping on the floor, Reliance responded quickly and send technician to fix the leak, the fix was done quickly and efficiently, drain valve was replaced with newer model. Thank you, Wess.

I have had 3 service calls with reliance this year and have mixed reviews. We are on a furnace and AC maintenance plan and the technician did not show up for the first appointment. No follow-up was done to reschedule and required that I call in to book another appointment - frustrating! The next appointment was then rescheduled due to excess emergency calls to deal with AC. Finally a technician arrive to perform the maintenance check and recommended that the furnace motor be replaced at a future time, but he did not update the part # in the service records. This caused confusion for the next technician (Phil) who came to replace the motor and had to make an extra trip to pick up the part. Phil however performed the job well and we were very pleased with his customer service. He also identified a corroding water tank and scheduled another technician who came that same day to replace it. We are thankful to Phil for helping us avoid a flood in our basement! So, Reliance is on the right track with improving service but I give an average rating due to our overall experience.
