My Air-condition was not working, and we were extremely upset. However, Frank Amirrajab worked hard and fixed the Air-condition, with our service plan we paid $0 for the service. Reliance was Amazing!

Ian B and Joe V, the installers were just great. From putting socks over their shoes on entering to the final clean up they were true professionals. Superb work guys!

After a meeting with a fantastic rep named Kelly, who went over my options and potential savings with me and worked to get me the best value, I had Kevin and Nick in to replace my furnace, a/c and water heater within a few days, at the most convenient time for me. All 3 of the reps I dealt with were punctual, professional and pleasant; I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbours, and advise them to request Kelly, Kevin and Nick by name. The gentlemen even fixed up some less than stellar situations left by past, unrelated contractors, and Kelly made sure I was comfortable with my understanding of the paperwork side. 30 Stars!

We required a new furnace and humidifier only months after buying our home. This was completely unexpected, and we decided to get multiple quotes to understand our options. Reliance was the last quote we received and most importantly the best experience! As first home owners we had no idea what we needed and what the options were. Tom Gianitsopulos was right on time, called beforehand to make sure the time still worked, and when he entered our home, made us feel very comfortable in a situation that we felt very unsure about, especially after other sales people at other companies were pushy and not helpful. He was so easy to talk to, professional and approachable - took the time to explain all the options, the process and pros and cons of different brands. He was able to get us exactly what we needed within our budget, recommended maintenance plans and made himself available for questions along the way, and was very thorough in explaining contracts making us feel completely comfortable with our decision. We are VERY happy with our overall experience. Thank you Tom, and thank you Reliance!

Over all I ended up paying a little more and I got a system that worked. So really I have no complaints with the install or equipment, but Reliance needs to work on everything else. Right off the bat I would say that if you are thinking of financing through Reliance I would say keep looking. Reliance has chosen to use UEI for their in house financing. I decided to go for the 1 year deferred payment plan to pay for my furnace and AC. If I were to wait the whole year and go the whole 120 month payment plan I would end up paying around $24,000! So of course I will make sure to pay off my account before the year is up, but UEI makes that as inconvenient as humanly possible, they only way you are able to make early payment on your account is to mail in a cheque...How 1980's of them. In the end, if you are paying cash you'll get a better deal somewhere else and if you want to finance you have to deal with UEI.

A Reliance technician came to fix my water heater and he was terrific, explaining a number of other issues to me and taking the time to ensure I understood! A very impressive and enjoyable service call, cheers.

We had our water heater not working so I called reliance. They said the very next day someone would come and fix it. Surely enough Stan Skorka came and explained in detail the problem. He was quick and very generous to explain things. I recommend Stan as a trusted advisor when it comes to water heater and other Hvac concerns.

Reliance Team Member Bryan, #3705 serviced our furnace and a/c system today and did an excellent job. He gave explanations of his findings as he worked, which was much appreciated. Team Members like Bryan are the reason that we always request an actual Reliance employee instead of a contractor, since we have had poor experiences with the contract workers in the past.
