I had a new central air system installed within 3 days. I was amazed and delighted with the speed, professionalism and care that was provided by salesperson Beth Maclellan and installers Jeff 103 and Len 3268. Thank you for everything.

Once again my trusted serviceman Frank Amirrajab did a bang up job and had excellent customer service. Frank's a great guy to work with and I'm delighted to have him as my regular service person.

Our install crew was truly amazing. They took into consideration all factors and came up with an excellent install plan and followed through perfectly Installers were Dylan K and Wes R and I'm very appreciative for them.

Got water tank was not working, called reliance within a day Wes and Thiru were at the house fixing it within the time needed! They fixed the gas valve and explained in detail the problem that occurred.

I recently called reliance to have a service technician come out to my house. He recommended that I look into getting a new unit as mine was 15+ years old. He gave me the number of a sales representative within the branch. A couple days later I called to set up the appointment and had the unit installed in less than a week later. Already notice a difference in my home being colder. Thanks Reliance for being so professional and efficient with your service!!! - George

My 20 Year old Water Heater leaking water and blew out pilot light on Sunday so I called Reliance to only find out there is no one to talk to till Monday. Got the pilot light on and had hot water for the next day. Called Reliance Monday 8am approx. and explained my situation and I was told someone could be out at different time intervals for the day, so I chose 4-8pm and by 6pm or shortly after I had Aman S. come to my aid. He came in looked things over and had the replacement water heater installed by 7:30pm roughly. Aman made me aware of some choices to decide on for the water heater, but overall he was helpful, informative and good natured with everything!

Craig Austin was simply amazing, he was very professional, very helpful and very friendly. I called Reliance and the next day Craig Austin came, inspected my A/C and found the leak, ordered the parts, the next the parts arrived a day after he arrived to install and my air condition was working, Reliance and their employees like Craig Austin did an amazing job.

Extremely Satisfied by Prompt and reliable service from Frank Amirrajab a service rep from Reliance Home Comfort. He was cordial and gave helpful hints for the proper maintenance of the HVAC system.

Called late Sunday evening to have a/c serviced. Was told the tech would be sometime between 10 am and 2 pm. He was here before 9:00 am and had the problem repaired within 15 minutes

I have to say that when I normally deal with large companies the service level can be pretty lousy. But not this time! Over a 3 day period I booked a meeting, had the meeting, and negotiated the deal to have my home furnace and a/c replaced. What made this special was dealing with Ioanna from the Kingston Branch. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the products, she was also very personable and very accessible. Our meeting was on a Friday and we continued to have dialogue on the product, service, pricing and installation throughout the weekend until we finally nailed all the details at 11pm on Sunday night. Wow, great service! I was very impressed with Ioanna's personal and passionate approach to dealing with a product that most of us prefer not to spend money on! You need more employees like her. Well done, and thanks!
