Phil fixed my water heater problem fast & efficiently. He was friendly & explained what the problem was. I also appreciated the call to let me know when he would arrive. Great job Phil!

Rick(0861) arrived on time and greeted me by name. He explained the maintenance check to be done. He was professional and personal. Highly reconmend you ask for Rick next time. He also took care of a hot water heater issue that I had but did not report when I made the call for service. All around a great expeerience with Reliance once again.

Recently received 4 quotes for a new central air conditioning unit and decided to go with Reliance. I chose Reliance for three main reasons: 1) a competitive quote; 2) turn around time to get the unit installed (~4 days) and 3) the fact that one of the problems that the other companies encountered (the type of coil necessary) did not seem to pose a problem. Mike, the contractor with whom Reliance works, was fantastic. He arrived nice and early (9am) and worked very hard with his nephew in order to finish the job. He was incredibly professional and friendly. It was evident that this was a man who knew that he was doing - I had complete trust in him. My only issue was that the quote I originally received differed from the e-quote that was sent to me a couple days after the initial visit (by about $600). The salesperson did honour the original quote, thankfully. Pretty great, but room for improvement.

Hi everyone! I hope this review helps all of you, as reading reviews have helped me make my decision when choosing Reliance Home Comfort. I have never had a air conditioner before, for the simple fact that I consider them a luxury. But in my old age, I can't seem to take the heat like I used to as a child. When I made the decision to start looking at different companies, I turned to online reviews to find the truth about companies. I researched Reliance and they had good reviews, as well I have seen "Reliance Marketing Hangers" around. I was helped by a gentleman named Sean Hennessey in Kingston and he was very helpful in the process. I am very happy with the unit I currently have and would recommend both Sean and the company again! Thanks!

A/C stopped functioning properly, but was due to extreme old age. Rather than temporarily fixing the problem with new parts, I was sold a new AC by Sean H. and it's amazing. Very satisfied with my experience with Reliance.

I didn't know what to expect as a first time renter, but now I know I'll never choose anyone else. The price was excellent for the product and we would recommend to friends. Sean Hennessey was polite, punctual and very helpful. He was very efficient and managed his time very well.

i just bought a wicked AC from my a one of your employees named Sean he helped me out with finding what one ac works best and what ac would cost less on electricity cost, I would just like to say i was very satisfied with the costumer service.

My air conditioner stopped working. Had Norm come over to give me a price for new unit Price was excellent. Norm was very thorough. Jeff and Dan showed up next day on time and were very efficient . I would reccomend Reliant to anyone. Excellent service

Our water heater (rental) shorted out during a power outage. Wesley Lloyd came to the house this morning, and made my day! So nice, explained the issue and fixed the water heater in minutes. He even took his shoes off, and arrived when he said he would...no waiting around for a late serviceman! Thanks Wesley you made my day.

Our air conditioning is working perfectly now and thanks to Paul who did a great job in fixing it. He took the time in looking as to where the problem is and got it fixed. He is very thorough in what he do. We would also like to thank Rodney for setting up the appointment and making it happen. Job well done Paul and Rodney.
