    Water Heater leaking

    Mike really was fantastic, great customer service. First person who answered my call was awful. Would not set up service call until I renewed contract. Second person on phone was good as well.

    Hot water heater replacement

    Great service. I will recommend this company to others. Their work was quick, quality, and they were very friendly and considerate. We have a child that slept through their entire visit.

    AC and Furnace installation

    I had my AC and Furnace installed as suggested in Feb, 2014 while my old AC unit was still working fine. The technicians came and started the AC in May, then in June I see severe leakage around the furnace. First technician said it's just the filter, and I changed the filter. No surprise, the leaking is still there. Another technician came and told me there's a leakage, he will ask another one to come for testing. The third one came and finally fixed it. This is frustrating as I have to take time off work to stay home for appointments. And had to go through this three times to fix a problem that I should not have in a newly installed AC. I just opened the AC unit for one month and there's already problems. Seems like Reliance is trying to tie their customers with their rental program to be worry free. I shouldn't be worried about the newly installed unit for at least 3 years, even if I'm not with the rental program!

    water heater replacement

    We called this am as our water heater died overnight leaving a pile of water and no hot water in our house. Mike R RCH 2296 was here exactly at 1:30 as promised, he was polite and courteous. He also didn't mind our puppy> He was quick and cleaned up his mess. Thank you for great service

    hot water tank leaking

    Big shout out to Wes C RCH 2380!! Wes went over and above. He taught me a couple of things and as a single mom of 2 I so appreciate the time he took.I called at 10 am this morning and problem solved by 2 pm. Happy customer.0.00

    Hot Water Tank Service

    The service technician Jon S. RCH 4108, was very punctual, friendly, and well aware. He pinpointed the problem quickly and resolved it. It was a good service experience, and his suggestion to me was, "Don't hesitate to call." This was very positive.

    Hot Water Tank(Rental)

    The faucet of our Hot Water Tank (Rental) leaks due to aging of the plastic piece. Called for Service and booked appointment next day. Richard Podzorski came on time and took few minutes to replace and tested the faucet. Great tips given on maintenance of the high velocity furnance! Very satisfied. Thanks, Wayne

    Water Heater Issue

    Called for service on water heater after business hours. A service call was booked. Literally within minutes Allen arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. Thank you Allen for your excellent work ethic and professionalism

    Water Heater

    Phil fixed my water heater problem fast & efficiently. He was friendly & explained what the problem was. I also appreciated the call to let me know when he would arrive. Great job Phil!
