I am so glad I decided to use Reliance for replacing my old system. Bought a new AC and Furnace and I am already seeing the savings on my utility bills. Otto, RTN 2602. He is a friendly and courteous. He called ahead to notified what he will be arriving. Takes time explained the problem and got it fixed quickly. Highly recommened.

We just had our furnace AC maintenance done. Very professional service by the technician. Very competent and thorough in the work she performed. Excellent job, she even fixed the ticking sound we were getting on occasion. Thanks so much for the fix.

The sales representative was very informative, no pressure sale and left us with a confident feeling that this was the company for us. We already had a water heater and service contract with Reliance. The installers were great and we are extremely happy with everything.

Ioanna, who is contracted by reliance home comfort, came to our new home only a week after we purchased it, to set us up with a new furnace and central air. She was fantastic. The guys who installed for us were equally fantastic. Reliance itself, has been a horrible experience!!!!! If you ever need to reach them, no one is around who can answer your questions. You will be told that someone will call you back, but no one ever does, you will never actually receive your referral bonuses should you refer filly or friends, and you certainly will never receive your rebate from your purchase, as Reliance staff will not actually finish completing and sending off your paperwork!!!!! To top it off.... We just got our central air installed in April 2014, and it's only July 2014 and it doesn't work!! P.S. We still haven't received our contract either!!!

Darius Chichgur, whom I met for the first time last Thursday, is a gentleman and helped identify the need to switch to Tank less Water Heater while he visited us to review the options of renting the Ac, as my previous one ha a problem with the compressor. I and my wife found him to be very courteous and clear in explaining the products and services of Reliance. We were convinced to go ahead with the changes. The Installation tech.'s too were very professional and worked seamlessly and completed the job with a minimal of disruption. Hats off to Darius and the Tech.'s form Reliance. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Workers came; worked quickly, diligently & politely. Only problem had to return next day with new unit. First one was already damaged. Done quickly. Very pleased with quality of workmen.

We had been having problems with our water heater on and off. Our Reliance Advisor - Saleem Malik was very understanding, and apologised for the inconvenience we experienced. He was very professional, and pleasant. Very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He demonstrated strong work and customer service ethics. Thanks Saleem!
