We had been having problems with our water heater on and off. Our Reliance Advisor - Saleem Malik was very understanding, and apologised for the inconvenience we experienced. He was very professional, and pleasant. Very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He demonstrated strong work and customer service ethics. Thanks Saleem!

I called Reliance as my water tank was not working. I spoke with customer rep and they were quick to set up and appointment. The technicina, Chad McDaid called me 15mins before coming to my house and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was quick and fixed the problem. He also provide me with some tips which I was not aware of. Chad provided exceptional service and I would definatley recommend him. Thansk Al

Had Grayson from Reliance in for an AC tune up. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions about both my AC and furnace. He was honest about the state of my AC and did not try to up sell me on a new AC which I don't currently need. It's that kind of honesty which makes me a repeat customer.

Another great job by our tech Adam Suthers. He's a great guy and always takes care in the work he does. He also takes time to explain how the systems work and answer any questions we have. I would recommend Adam to anyone without hesitation. Peter

Furnace fan was on and made loud noise. Technician was able to determine fan bracket was broken. waiting for part to be ordered and arrive to have the repairs done on another visit. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Rob and Norm (CJW.HVAC) did a job well done in installing the air conditioner in our house last friday, July 11, 2014. There were on time and very efficient with their work. I am very satisfied with their job and strongly recommend their services for my relatives and friends.

I had an amazing gentlemen by the name Bradley Starrat. He fixed our issue in no time and he was a genuine guy has well. Not having hot water for two days cn be terrible but with someone with a smile and who gives you great coustmer service is hard to get in these busy time. Stick to Reliance.

I required repair of my air conditioing unit and was pleased to have a service rep come within 3 hours. Keith Team Member 5243 was courteous, and most of all, knowledgeable regarding the required repair. A previous service rep the week before had not performed the needed repair satisfactorily. Keith was thorough and made sure the unit was working correctly before he left. A good man to have on your team. I'll ask for him again if service is needed!

Great service and advice received from Frank Amirrajab. He showed up well within the arranged time window, and took the time to call me 30 minutes before he arrived which was greatly appreciated.
