I had contacted Reliance for an in home quote for a new furnace and AC. Right from the start I felt that Reliance was very helpful and accommodating in terms of scheduling the appointment around my schedule. In terms of the actual appointment I must say I received top notch service. Before the consultation I had no idea about furnaces or air conditioners but after my consultation I had a better good understanding and I felt more comfortable as a consumer. A majority of this had to do with Matt, the advisor they sent me from Reliance. Matt took his time to inspect my current system and identified all the hazardous problems. He helped figure out what was the most appropriate system we should have in our home that was within our budget. Our appointment took longer than the standard hour but Matt was very detailed in terms helping us figure out the configuration for where to set up the system and what options we had. After the appointment I had a few questions and I got a response almost instantly from Matt, it was as easy as sending a text message. As a side note I went to other companies to get an estimate afterwards and I can honestly say there was a 180 in terms of service. During my appointment with Matt at no point did he pick up a call (even though his phone was vibrating). It might appear to be a little thing but in my point of view it's little things like that that makes you feel more than a customer. Matt had told me during the consultation that a big part component of this company is to build a relationship/ rapport with their customers. And I can definitely tell from the service I received. Overall my impression from Reliance is very positive. I found that their advisors were very personable and have a ton of experience. The best part is that they are able to share their expertise and are able to provide personal testimony about their products . I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for outstanding service!

Matt was very efficient, worked neatly , and professional. He was patient with questions and very informative. Would definitely want him to return for any service work. He wasted no time completing the work.

I went with Reliance for this project because their price was competitive with others who bid for this job. My previous experience with service from Reliance has always been positive and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. For this job I requested a Reliance installation crew and got Josh and Alex, team #1147. They were extremely good, took care in what they were doing, answered completely all my questions and cleaned everything up before they left. Not only would I recommend Reliance for HVAC needs, but try to get these two installers to do your work John

I would like to take this time to honor chris b #907 for such an amazing work performance.............he was one of the most friendliest, sincere, helpful and funny worker we have ever had in our house.........chris was thoroughly dedicated to fixing the problem and stayed until he was sure every single part was working correctly..............such an amazing employee!!

Great service by Saleem Malik. He showed up on time as was expected. Saleem was very informative, knew what he was doing, and got the job done in little time.

On July 1, 2014 my furnace/air conditioner was not responding to my thermostat control panel, my wife and I were not sure what company to call, since our service person was retired. In an unrelated chance meeting, we had the pleasure of meeting Brian Bonora, Operations Supervisor for Reliance home comfort here in Sudbury situated on Cambrian Heights Drive. We booked an appointment and we met with our appointed technician Pat Dumoulin, very courteous and focused, after removing the inspection panels and a brief inspection it was the blower motor that had seized. He was in contact with the office and a second appointment was booked for the next day. I was told that it would take a short amount of time for the re installation and true to is word the job was completed and all systems were back in order. This is in my estimation a very user friendly customer oriented company with staggered working hours that are focused to meet our divers working community. I would highly recommend this company.

Todd came to see us about this purchase. He was very informative and knew what our needs were and everything about the equipment that we needed. He came right at the promised time and took his time with us to explain everything. He is the best!

This crew was AMAZING. Both Kevin Connolly and Nick Albright arrived at our home early in the morning, and worked through the day to replace our antique furnace with a brand new, state-of-the-art HVAC system. With only a crawlspace to work in, I was really impressed with their workmanship. They took me under the house, showed me every piece and part, and explained how everything worked, what to do to maintain my system, and how much the new system would save me over time. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and Nick's work again!

I just want to thank reliance for the great job they have done at my house with their great experienced team .Also I want to Talk about their Manager Matt smith he was very kind and follow up on the job process until it was done perfectly he even came to my house to make sure everything was OK and going smoothly,Also I want to talk about David (1618) the most professional person in his field and I wish every person is like him he got 2 things knowledge of his work and customer services together which is hard to find anywhere and his colleague James(1807) he was fast ,clean, knowing what his doing .I can say you guys got my business for ever , my family business and my friends too. finally Matt ,David and James are great assets for their company and we are very happy to do business with Reliance home comfort
