Very friendly Techs, who took good care of what they were doing. Both Wes and A.J took every care in the removal of my old tank and the placement of the new, working in very tight quarters while they did so. I was impressed.

I have never anything any but good things to say about reliance. Their staff have always been curious and helpful. Today was more of the same. I have had issues with the pressure in my house and it all seemed to stem from the hot water heater. One call and the next day Allen from Reliance is at my door to help me out. After showing him my issues he replaced two parts on my water heater and now I cannot believe the difference! He was very courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. I appreciate all the help from the Reliance team.

I’ve had a furnace and air conditioner annual maintenance today. I’m with Reliance over 3 years already, and I would like to say this is the best service experience that I have ever had. Technician Heqiang Zhang (Danny) #2701 from Reliance, he is professional, knowledgeable, patient, attention to detail, friendly and on time. He not only answered all my questions regarding my furnace and AC, but also gave me advices how to maintain them. He explained every step he did and what the impact will be if not get this done. He also shared some cases he did before with me. It gave me a feeling that he is very knowledgeable and experienced technician. He also took extra time to inspect all other equipment around the furnace and cleaned my AC. He was the FIRST person to do that. It makes me feel that he is not only a service technician is more like a friend. I’m glad Reliance has such good technician who really cares about his customer. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. Again, what a great service! I would highly recommend Heqiang (Danny) to anybody looking for outstanding service! Of course, I would like him to do the maintenance in the future.

Rob and Norm installed a new air conditioner at my place of residence. They were extremely friendly and professional. They took time to explain what they were doing, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done properly. I truly believe they took the same care with my A/C as they would have with their own. Thanks again.

I contacted Reliance for an in home quote for AC for our new home build. I picked three to get quotes from, and Reliance was the only one to make it out to the appointment. I chased numbers out of two more but I was far happier with the offering from Reliance, and Hamid was helpful through the appointment. The install crew was great! Air Eng Group Inc did the install (Jalal was the installer), and were on time, put down some of the cleanest mats that I have see to protect the floors and swept up the basement when thy were done. All around, I was very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend.

I had amazing service provided by Robert Maclean, he gave me much needed information/advice on how to care for my furnace, and provided me with excellent/outstanding customer service by making sure the problem was fixed and offering solutions/parts in a timely manner. The customer service was 100%. The service person was punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and provided excellent quality work. Rob Maclean was beyond helpful and provided me with outstanding customer service on his visit from beginning to end. Thank you Reliance.
