Great service from Amber at Reliance during the annual inspection. She was very thorough in her cleaning of the equipment and taught me a lot about how to maintain my furnace filter during the year.

I found Patrick Mazza, the home comfort advisor and the technician Tran? and his assistant to be knowledgeable, courtesy and punctual through the whole process. I'm very happy with the product and service I received.

Todd and Darren installed our ac unit they called to let me know that they were running a little behind,which was very nice to let me know a head of time.they put down traps thru the house.very nice and fast.so far very impressed with alliance .

Chad McDaid was on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He called when he was 15 minutes away, and arrived within the time frame given. We are very pleased with our service experience and we now have hot water! :)

Reliance has been to most reliable heating company we have ever dealt with - when our old furnace couldn't heat the house in February they came within a day and now when we had problems with our old air conditioner they serviced it without charge to perfection. Very polite and helpful staff!!! Thank you Derrick Phung!!!

Chris B was a fantastic service person,he took the time too explain to us what was wrong with our A/C unit,and fixed the problem right away! Chris was fabulous with our black lab which is extremely important too us! All in all we had a great experience,and would not hesitate to request him again!

YesterdayI had an amazing experience . Bruce ,(3158) your technician came by to find out why our airconditioner was not working. I found him to be a polite, diligent, and ve ry knowledgeable.He also made very useful suggestions on how to keep everything running smoothly. Thanks Bruce!

Daryl (#2109) attended service call for hot water tank that was leaking. He quickly identified and fixed the problem - a corroded pressure release valve. I asked him to check the sacrificial anode while there and he did so finding it was almost totally corroded. He replaced it thus preventing a major tank leak and another service call to replace the tank. Great service and a pleasant attitude. Thanks.

Upon my first meeting with Todd Downey, I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge of the purchase of my new a/c unit. Several days later with constant communication from the Reliance staff in Brantford, our unit arrived. The field reps Josh, Alex and Jordarne did a splendid job with the installation. Courteous, friendly and answered all questions in a very professional manner. Will refer Reliance to all my family and associates. Thanks again Reliance team. Brian Hall
