I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for a furnace or air conditioner. I will be honest and say that we did have a hiccup on installation day, however Reliance was fast to act and secured our trust with their company. We dealt with Jayson Newton, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to advising us of our choices. Overall the installation team from Reliance was superb and we couldn't be happier.

The company representative was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the furnace's cost was reasonable.The installers were very professional and courteous. The experience was very positive and the installation was completed on target. Thanks!

my boiler water tank has some problem. it was leak water from the tank and the power was often off. Wes #2491 came by and serviced my water tank. thank you reliance for your fast service.

Our Rental Water-Heater broke down on Canada Day and I called the Customer Care line late-evening to request a technician to be sent to fix the problem. Saleem Malik called & showed up at our doorstep @ 9 am the next morning. He quickly diagonized the problem, got my consent to proceed and fixed the issue efficiently. He also provided some useful maintenance-tips. Saleem was very professional and courteous and gave us the confidence we were in capable hands. Thanks once again !

The technician was very friendly and when I asked about the process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also made recommendations on the type of furnace filter I should be using to ensure adequate filtration while not overtaxing the blower motor. Did you know that it is not necessary to regularly check the pressure in the compressor lines, and that doing so can have a negative effect on the system operation? Do you know the best way to check the efficiency of the AC system? Ask Reliance! They'll explain it to you.

Jason Mitruk came and replaced our water heater today. He was a really great guy provided great speedy service with a smile! Made me feel at ease with what needed to be done and explained everything clearly. Hated that the old water heater went Kaput and created such a mess, but nice to know a new one is in and no need to worry about it. Thanks for a great job.

Not happy at all with you guys Would never recommend anyone to you guy. That's why we want out and got our own water heater.my mom and dad are doing the same thing. The guy we talked to was very rude on the phone.and we have had no hot water since Wednesday that's almost a week.thanks for nothing

A/C wasn't working.. the next morning an employee [Dave S. (employee #1618)] came on a statutory holiday. Very professional and courteous and got right to work. The problem, a faulty electrical controller, was identified and fixed within 30 min. Highly recommend. Great employee.

Our boiler stopped working recently, so we called Reliance to come repair it. The repairman, West, came on time and determined that the issue was ruts residue inside the boiler and quickly dealt with the issue. He was friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this service.
