From the initial call to make an appointment with an in house advisor for a quote till the end of the job, my family was treated with professionalism and respect. The advisor Darius Chichgur was very understanding of what my family needs were. He listened to our concerns about clean air (dad/daughter issues breathing, sinusitus/asthma), the need for air-conditioning. Took his time to explain the various products, the humidifier & filter options. The breakdown in pricing options for the respective units. Darius especially impressed me when he took time to listen to my dad even when the conversation went off topic. Next were the 2 installers that showed up 2 days after we signed the contract. These 2 men were simply amazing. The amount of sound we heard come from the based over the course of 2 days has definitely been well worth it. To have air conditioning after 7 years is a vacation in itself. The amount of disposal waste we saw filling up our garage at one point made me panic. However the panic was not warranted. The guys cleaned it all up when they left. They had to come back the next day so that a pipe could be changed for the tankless water heater. From what my parents told me it was another long day. But both my parents were thoroughly impressed as was I. I can already feel the benefits of the air filtration in my breathing and so can my dad. I know I will definitely be recommending Darius & Reliance to family & friends in the near future. Thank you to the Reliance team for a great experience thus far.

Our air-conditioner broke down and I placed a service call which was scheduled for Saturday morning. The service technician arrived on time (never happened to me before), checked the issue and explained what is happening. It was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Great service.

The technician arrived sooner than I expected, which was a real bonus for me. Jason had a very pleasant demeanour. I appreciate when a repair technician doesn't try to rush me through my explanation of the equipment symptoms which necessitated the service call. Upon leaving, he fully explained what repairs were completed, and why they were required. Great service.

The technician (Joe D'Onofrio) arrived well within my appointment time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all fixed my AC unit which required a new motor. Problem fixed within 30 minutes, can't remember receiving such great service in years. Keep it up!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Reliance. When our A/C stopped working Reliance sent out a technician who told us that although our unit was old it was in working order. He said what we needed was an electrician so we called one and he came out the next day (100$ out of our pockets). After a brief inspection the electrician declared that the compressor in our A/C unit had died and there was absolutely nothing wrong electrically speaking. When we tried calling Reliance back the following day (day 3 without air) we were told 3 different times (1:30pm, 4:15pm, and 9:15pm) that a manager would return our call within the hour. Finally just before 10pm I was able to speak with someone who was unable to help me because of the late hour. The next day (day 4 without air) a second technician came out and agreed with the electrician's diagnosis so we were told we needed to replace the entire system. A salesperson came out and was extremely helpful and apologetic. He was willing to sell us a new unit at their "Friends and Family" rate as a way of making up for our inconvenience but they would not be able to install it for 3 more days. The weather forecast for our area was predicting a high of 28/29 with it feeling like 40 so I was unwilling to wait the 3 days they were suggesting (I have 4 young children). There stance remained that they were already booked solid and we would have to wait. They did agree however that if the first technician had done his job properly (or if someone would have returned our many calls in a timely manner) we would already have had our new unit installed. It absolutely blows my mind that they were unable to squeeze us in since we were still without air due to several errors on their part. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and are currently in the process of looking for another company to rent our hot water tank from.

Excellent work done in a very timely manner. The repair guy was polite and efficient. He was able to explain what was the problem and how he was going to fix it. He suggested an hour for the job to be complete and it was done in 45 min. We are very happy.

Just wanted to thank Reliance for their first class service on our air conditioning unit. Your service technician ( Chris ID # 907 ) was top notch - personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Team member number 907 was exceptional in determining the problem and quickly solving it. I would recommend him to other customers. I much prefer dealing with a Reliance employee - I always find them helpful and knowledgeable.

Our water heater went down last night, right at the worst possible time - shower time for my son! The very next day, and reasonably early in the day - Richard from Reliance came over to fix the tank. Richard was amazing! He was professional, and a strong communicator. Best of all, he resolved the problem (and fast!), and now we don't have to boil hot water to have a warm shower!
