Our boiler stopped working recently, so we called Reliance to come repair it. The repairman, West, came on time and determined that the issue was ruts residue inside the boiler and quickly dealt with the issue. He was friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this service.

...my AC wouldn't kick in just before Canada Day and my kids were unhappy because of the heat. I arranged for a Reliance visit and they gave me a time to expect the Service Call on the Holiday. Dave S. (Team Member 1618) arrived right on time, immediately diagnosed, and then fixed the problem with the unit. Dave S. was very professional and efficient. We were enjoying the AC within a half hour. ...great job.

From the troubleshooting of the old units with John, then choosing the right package with Dave and finally the installation by Mark from Sauga, everything went smooth, quickly, and as discussed. Installation was very well done. Thanks - just in time for the hot weather!

Your service rep Jonathan Cain was polite and had a great attitude when he walked in our house. He fixed our problem and even took the time to see if we were happy with the temperature of our water. Great service..thanks

Simple called service for a water leak of my system and have been placed on hold for OVER 15 mins and waiting !!!! With service like this, stay away !!!!

Had both units replaced by Service Techs Jeff and Dan. Their customer service was top notch. Started and finished on time. Quality workmanship. Treated my home with respect. No damage and no clean up needed after they were done. Couldn't be happier.

Tried to call to report failure of AC system. Took over 20 minutes to actually speak to a service representative. Then service call could not be scheduled until the next day. The long wait plus lack of prompt service is not acceptable.

The technician that came to remove our tank was the best. His name is Jonathan Cain. He was polite, friendly and very efficient. He was concerned about our home and keeping it clean while removal. Thank you so much for having such a reliable staff member.

We called in to get our furnace cleaned. We are new home owners and Frank Amirrajab was an excellent representative. We knew that our furnace was over 12 years old and required replacing. He demonstrated that we require a new system sooner than later. He worked with our budget and was friendly and courteous I could not has asked for a better representative, he was able to service the unit and provide us with an excellent deal for the products we purchased, all our questions were answered and if we required more information he was quick in his response to return our calls. I would recommend Reliance Home Confort - Frank Amirrajab, Senior Technician to anyone who requires a furnace and or an AC unit.

Made an appointment online and got a call right away. Matt Santos has great customer service, best I've seen in a very long time. We needed our new air conditioner installed ASAP and within 2 days we had it. Great installers as well. Thanks Matt and Reliance great job
