Had an issue with my AC unit. Robert Maclean was assigned to do the work. He did a fantastic job in fixing the problem. Besides that Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable and very interested in my customer experience, Very good experience. Kudos Rob.

After a rocky start to solving my dilemma and 2+ weeks of 6 different service techs trying to solve our issues with our furnace and communicating thermostat along came Adam Walker to save the day. His attentiveness to providing excellent customer service and his due diligence in doing everything possible to ensure we were looked after was awesome. Thanks also to Joe (his boss) for making sure our needs were met.

Tim Terpstra and his partner were very polite, courteous, and very professional. Thank you Tim, for offering to come back on your day off, to put in a temporary hot water tank if the tank-less hot water tank could not be installed till the next week. I would recommend Reliance to EVERYONE!!!!!!

I just had a service call to my home. A technician by the name of Paul W came by. Was fantastic. Personal, professional, and did not leave until everything was checked over and working perfectly. I would give the service 10+ and highly recommend Paul, team member # BEA 2060 anytime. Thanks again!

To add to my previous review, I need to make a correction on the names of the technicians who came to my house.. it was Philip Sirek and Chad McDaid... they were excellent I wanted to make sure I got their names correct! Thank you.

Daryl, technician #2109, arrived to replace my water heater. He explained in detail why it was set up the way it was and answered all of questions so that I would understand it. He was considerate, professional and extremely careful with my home. Also, he arrived when he said he would and left in the amount of time he had estimated! THANK YOU DARYL!

Neil called first thing this morning and arrived in minutes. I explained the situation and he was on the job at no time. He checked our unit and ran tests and checked for any leaks. He fixed our problem and now our house is cool once again thanks to Neil. Thanks reliance for helping us out!!!

Ringo Lau and Giancarlo Burdi came to replace my current water tank with a larger one. The previous contractor did a lousy job. Ringo and Giancarlo even fixed the previous contractor's poor workmanship and provided useful suggestions. They were very efficient, professional and helpful. Thank you very much!
