Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

Reliance helped us replace a 30 year old furnace today. We also now have air conditioning for the first time. I'm so happy! The guys ( Josh and Alex #1147) turned up this morning on time and worked until the install was completed. Josh and Alex did an excellent job and really friendly and polite. Thanks again Hilton at Reliance for helping us make this happen.

The installation was great, the service tech was amazing. Very nice and polite and very kind. He did a great job, no mess, everything looks and works great. Asked me my opinion on how I wanted everything to look. Laid drop cloths.....super super super nice. Thank you for great service. I have already recommend to my friends.

The job that Wes C did was fantastic. He was prompt, polite, thorough and answered any questions that I had. His workmanship and knowledge was very good. After the job was completed the site was thoroughly cleaned up.

Rock was there promptly day of call, extremely courteous, made suggestions to ensure system was running effectively. Included as part of service contract, so no added cost. Reliance is very easy to work with overall.

Robert Maclean came to service our AC unit and was very knowledgeable and super friendly! He advised us on all the problems with our AC and the different ways we could go about fixing it. He was able to answer all of our questions. He should be commended for a job well done. Thank you!

I Wanted to install an air conditioner to my House. I called Reliance.The next day sales person Brandon Vaters came and explain every thing in a professional manner.I was impressed very much.I booked an appointment.Technician Michael Muench came and Installed the air conditioner. He did a such a excellent job.He left everything nice and clean.Michael is a wonderful person and very polite and kind person.Thanks for the wonderful service. .

Derrick came to conduct my annual maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. He was very professional yet friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He did a spectacular job and suggested ways for me to improve or maintain the efficiency of my equipment. I am really glad that I have this plan. Hope he comes back next year! :)

Otto provided excellent service when he came to fix our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong when I described the issue. Our hot water is back and now we can take a shower. Thanks Otto!
