I really love the service. Called in 2 days before and they had an opening in only a few days. truly amazing. The technician that came in was Bradley Starratt. Honestly an amazing guy. Cares for the customer and recommended to us some extra packages and explained what was wrong with our water heater. If you can get him to fix your stuff get him. He really cares for the customer and the company. Thank you Brad

Great quick service. Had a later appointment, but they had someone come a lot earlier than expected which was great as we did not have hot water. Saleem Malik, the advisor that came by walked us through everything, knew what was wrong, what to do, quickly did the job and had hot water in an hour. Great service, if I had another problem, I would call him again.

Just purchased a new furnace to replace a still working but aging furnace.Our salesperson Dan Shepley was very professional and quite knowledgeable about his products and what I needed. After purchasing a new furnace at a great price Dan set up an appointment to have it installed. The installation team showed up on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. After the furnace was installed Rob and Ken ( these guys were good and they loved my dog)cleaned up all the mess that they made and took the time to answer any questions that I had. If you ever need any service for your heating or cooling needs you will not go wrong dealing with Reliance

June 17 I went to turn on the AC for the summer...It did not work...after rechecking everything I could, I put in a call. The next day, Dave came to my house. Within ten minutes he found the problem and the air was running. Dave was friendly and efficient at his job. More people working in the service industry should be like Dave!

Sales agent Dan Shepley very thorough in explaining all details of our new purchase. Installers were very neat, quick and extremely efficient. All in all excellent job by all and would not hesitate to recommend. Great job everyone

When appointment made agreement was to call my cell and give me 20min to get home, like the flexibility. Did not try and sell me anything which I appreciated. Walked me thru all work done in an easy to understand manner.

The air conditioning was not give cool air. Rob came the next day we called to find out our problem. He told us our problems and the choices we had to get it fixed. It was a 17 year old air conditioning unit that needed to be replaced.

The installers Chris and Andrew came to my home at 9:00am and worked through the day leaving at 5:30pm. They were very helpful with the feedback on the use of the systems. Punctuality,workmanship are A one. All questions were answered promptly and clearly. Clean up was done very well. We are very satisfied with the hard work that entailed installing the new system. We feel confident the right choice is made to convert to gas heating. The price and choice of payment is absolutely reasonable and affordable. Big THANK YOU!!

We had our hot water tank replaced by Maric And Liam (RNTSA229) and they were very courteous and the job was done very well. they both did amazing jobs. We were very Satisfied with their work.

Otto (RNT 2602) was amazing! Super friendly, arrived on time, and got to the root of our problem. Otto saved me at least $50 by bit having to have a plumber come out to look at the problem. I will definitely recommend Reliance to my friends and family based on Ottos service. The girl who booked the appointment on the phone was great as well. She told me all about the protection plan for AC/HEAT. Great!
