I pay for the comfort protection plan through reliance. My air conditioner had a leak and I placed a service call. Reliance sent out someone they sub-contract the work to and he arrived the next day. Without finding the leak the sub-contractor refilled the refrigerant in the system. Needless to say it leaked out again within two days. The sub-contractor was rude to my wife and did not do his job properly!! After numerous calls to customer service I had a reliance technician by the name of Michael come and do a fantastic job to fix my system. He was polite and helpful. Due to my numerous phone calls to the conflict resolution department and a woman by the name of Dawn who was VERY unhelpful and showed no concern at all, I was put into contact with Michael's manager Matt Smith. Matt was extremely helpful and courteous in rectifying my problem and assisted greatly in making things right. I am extremely happy with the actual reliance employees that have come to my house, Michael, Dave, Adam, and Nathan. They were all extremely polite helpful and professional, and the manager Matt Smith was very helpful and was the first person I talked to from reliance that actually showed concern for my situation. I am very disappointed in the "conflict resolution department" especially Dawn who showed no concern what so ever and made me feel like I was being a burden to her rather than a paying customer!! I will not have a sub-contractor back in my home and will insist on a reliance technician every time!! Thanks again to Matt and especially Michael for the hard work they did to rectify my situation.

Ryan and Jon came into my home and gave me confidence from the first minute that i had nothing to worry about. They were professional and did a GREAT JOB. I would recommend them to any of my friends. I would also recommend that Ryan and Jon sell this product.

I am very happy with the service we received from your employee Wesley Lloyd. He gave us a courtesy call before the scheduled appointment time and arrived as agreed at an earlier time to suit us. Wesley explained in detail and sorted out our issue we were having. I am extremely impressed with the service we were given. I would definitely recommend Reliance to my friends and family.

We had our hot water tank replaced by shawn Pothier and he was very courteous and the job was done very well. We also had Chris and Andrew install our wonderful Central air and they both did amazing jobs. We had a busy week here we also had a salesman Greg to sell us the central air unit and he also was very courteous and answered all of our 100 questions. Thank you Reliance

No hot water on a Sunday. Relaince came and reset the tank. Took him a whole 30 seconds to turn the pilot light back on. Then found no hot water on Tuesday. Called and a tech was sent that night. Tech replaced part in about 15-20 mins. Techs was friendly and knowlwdgeable and personable. Love it when I see old fasioned business sence. You don;t see that anymore.

I wasn't getting hot water. Reliance's technician "OTTO Emplyee no. 2602" came and fixed the problem. He was very professional and friendly. I am greatly satisfied from his service. I will recommend this service to my friends also.

Mehul Patel, the technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. He gave good advices and suggested some products from Reliance, which I am seriously thinking about. He did great job

Ian and Joe were friendly and helpful. They were efficient, got the work done in good time and cleaned up afterwards. They explained the workings of our new system in great detail. We're delighted with the product and with how the installation went.

Made good assessment of our water heater and corrected the problem promptly. When they promise the time, the technician came on time and very courteous, made an easy to understand diagnostics.
