Wes came to fix my hot water tank with rust and leak issue. He did a great job and good service. He came on time and called ahead will recommend reliance to friends and family

We finally decide to replace our old AC unit and had Brandon into our home to help us make our decision. He was courteous and extremely helpful and a unit was purchased. We arranged for the installation date and the installation crew were here on time. Mike and his helper were very professional, courteous and efficient! If not for our very curious and vocal dog we would not have known they were here. Thank you for answering all my questions and showing me the why and how, it is very much appreciated.

I have to say I have the pleasure of experiencing one of the most amazing service from Chris Degouveia.. He was thorough in explaining what he did and advise on what to expect. He was absolutely professional and his explanations were clear and concise. I felt so comfortable having him in my home. Great customer service!!!!

We rent out hot water tank from Reliance for about $400 a year. Our hot water gave way on a Sunday night. Monday morning Mr. Nathan Wallace (2314) was at our door at 8:00 a.m. and had a new tank installed by about 10:00 a.m. I could not imagine better service or a nicer service man.

My tankless water heater stopped working yesterday. I called Reliance for service. Tech named Mehul came to repair it. He called in advanced, and came between the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed water heater in no time. Very good service. Thanks Mehul.

The service tech was efficient and arrived on time. Robert was also kind and OK with having dogs around him. He found and repaired a problem with the AC and also did maintenance work on both the furnace and AC. All in all it was a job very well done. Thank you.
