We were very impressed with Mehul's efficiency in replacing parts for our hot water tank. He was knowledgeable and helpful letting us know the tank should be in perfect working order once the parts were replaced.

Initially knowledgeable and friendly salesperson, albeit somewhat arrogant and condescending. After sales agreement signed, attitude changed and installers were unable to deliver what salesperson promised. Resulted in furnace exhaust protruding unattractively into basement tenant's main entrance, blowing directly at anyone using the doorway. Apparently no other place to put it, despite salesperson assuring me it would be no problem prior to sale. Also, the "1-day installation" took 3 separate days that I had to be at the house during the week, each time the crew did not start until after 11am. Installer expressed concern as to future problems with the AC unit based on location, and salesperson immediately started to backpedal on the 10 year warranty that he pitched as better than the competition and assured me that I would "not be rolling the dice". Basically installation and service were much worse than I was lead to believe based on what the patronizing salesperson told me. Would not recommend to anyone, horrible experience for the amount we spent. So far furnace has worked properly, after 1 day.

Joe D'Onofrio was very helpful. He gave us good advises about how to maintain our air conditioner in winter time and how to improve the temperature inside the house during the summer. He was very friendly and I am very satisfied with his service

I just wanted to thank Jayson Newton, Damian and Malcolm for the wonderful service they provided in replacing our AC and Furnace. They were professional and helpful. They were here on time and worked a full day installing our new units. They also put up with my 10 year old son who is very inquisitive and probably asked them a million questions but they were very patient and allowed him to feel like he was helping. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you for making our home feel very comfortable again.

AC not cooling,had multiple techs in and heard multiple reasons from this is dirty to that is dirty even that it is to warm outside.Finally Adam L checked it from top to bottom found and repaired the real reason.Now it works great and I am very happy..Thank you Adam for not giving up until you found the problem and listening to what I had to say.

My Air Conditioner quit blowing cold air on Thursday night. I called Friday morning and was given an appointment for 4-8pm that evening. At 4pm, the service guy called and was here 15 minutes later. He checked the coils then replaced the compressor and was done in about 30 minutes. He also gave me some valuable, free advice on a plumbing issue in the basement.

Saleem Malik from Reliance Homestars did a great job. Arrived on time and the service is quick. He even provided all the necessary information regarding the problem. Thank You Saleem.

Gas technician Saleem Malik showed up on job right on time and even called 10 minutes before coming in. Explained every thing in detail and did an excellent job, changed the T&P valve. I am happy with the service.

We have a Yearly maintenance program that gives us the comfort of having our Air Conditioner and Furnace inspected annually. This year I had the pleasure of meeting Robert (Employee # 1191019) and his supervisor Kevin. Robert was very thorough in his work and answered a multitude of my questions. It was nice to see they spent over 2 hours in our home and i'm very satisfied with the inspection of both units. Highly recommend Reliance and their service people. Thank you

Your crew of 2 mid 20's young men arrived at 11:00 A.M. One of the crew was passed out in the van for 3 hours in the mid P.M. I have lots of pics. When they left my house at 8:00 P.M. this is what I was left with, in no particular order of importance, -thermostat not installed,-refrigerant lines too low to reinstall my suspended ceiling,--air intake boot not replaced-resulting in a mickey mouse botching of the coil installation -20% of coil blocked from frunace operation,-humidifier connected to 20 year old water line -leaking and humidifier wired directly to furnace switch -constantly on?? ceiling joist stringers removed and not replaced,-insulated refrigerant line crimped where it enters the furnace-more lost efficiency,-looking at the exterior PVC vent pipes from out side, I can see into my basement where there should be lots of caulking-this is Canada, -out side A/C unit wabbles-not secure...At this point I want all this equipment removed from my house and start from scratch with a reliable, knowledgable crew. Did I mention I am not too happy.
