    Reliance Air Conditioners

    I was searching for the best air conditioner service . Jason Rowe visited my home and gave me options. I appreciate his professional ethics and value his advice. I have decided to rent the air conditioner through Reliance as it is hassle free and I don't have worry about sundry costs. I highly recommend Jason Rowe.

    Water heater

    My water heater broke down about a month ago. I was getting no water pressure and no hot water. A Reliance service was placed and a representative came out the next day my call had been placed. The water heater was serviced by Othmane Kanouni. He was extremely knowledgeable and in about a 1/2 hr we had hot water and water pressure again. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and had a great personality. I would definitely recommend him for any future repairs.

    Air Conditioner

    I wanted to tell you how great your service rep was, her name is Caitlin Forrest. She was thorough and explained it to us in easy terms. She knows her stuff. We were very impressed at her knowledge and down to earth attitude. A very good experience. Our installation is today June 4th and we feel confident that all will go well. Mari-Ann Melville

    Hot water heater

    After three weeks of a leaking water heater and 3 service calls by the same two guys, my heater was replaced. The two men, Jason Mitruk and Jonathan Cain were awesome...very professional, polite and really knowledgeable. They got the job done with little mess,my house was kept clean. Good job boys.....Reliance should be glad to have you on their team.

    protection plus and nest thermostat

    We have had the Protection Maintenance plan for several years. In March 2014 Reliance offered a Nest thermostat with a 3 year contract for the plan. I was told that we could get one but had to sign for the contract. The nest was sent in May. The maintenance service was scheduled for Jun 2nd. No one showed up until we called and the service person refused to install it. He also told us that it wasn't "proven". I called Nest and they don't install? I called Reliance and told that it would cost $89 to install!!!!! The marketing of the plan and the Nest thermostat has been a negative in our experience with Reliance. We are not installing the Nest and thanks to the great marketing I have been taken advantage of with locked in 3 year contract at a higher monthly rate. I am not happy! Thursday June 5th 2014 My issue has been resolved promptly. I appreciate the emails and phone calls and my thanks go out to Mat for his quick resolution of my concerns. As I stated previously ,we have had the Protection Plan for years and have never had a problem. Thank you to those at Reliance for listening to our issues. LJP

    Heating and Air conditioning

    Just had a new Furnace and Air installed today tue june 3 my installers Chris and Kary showed up on time completed the job when they said,then show my wife and I how to work the thermostate.They really clean workers and seem to know their stuff This is not the first time that we have used reliance products and it won,t be our last.Thanks Chris Kary Shawn,and Bill for all your help.Steve and Diane.

    Air conditioning unit

    The contractor Naresh (Paul) Chattarpaul employee #1690 did an excellent job in fixing the problem and he explained all the work he did and gave me a tutorial on maintenance of the units.

    Furnace and A/C

    After my Install in December I was told they had to order cooling tubes for my A/C and they would setup a time to install them. They never came back. I called them at the end of may to ask when they would finish the job. They had no idea what I was talking about. They said we will send an install team to finish the job sunday morning. Well when they showed up sunday morning it was a single repair guy, he had been told the A/C wasnt working. After explaining to him there are no cooling tubes, he called his boss there was nothing he could do for me. So monday morning I call back to sort this out after a half hour on the phone and talking to three people they finally figured it out. The installers showed up tuesday morning at eight to finish up. The installers were Josh and Alex(1147) they were very polite and did an excellent job. Sadly the call center needs to be more organized I should not have to wait six months for a job as simple as this to be finished, and waste my time on a sunday for them to send the wrong guy.

    fixed other coworkers problems

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE. You should be lucky to have two gentleman like JoeyD 0977 and MikeT 2647 working for your company. ive always been happy with reliance but these guys raised the bar. Not my call but sometimes people do deserve a raise or at least recognition.

    furnace annual maintenance

    The tech. (Amber #1620) and Kevin were extremely nice--polite, confident, personable) They were very professional and explained what they had done. Kevin even brought our paper to us and put our recycle bins in the driveway so they would not blow away. We were VERY impressed with both of them. Excellent employees in our opinion.
