June 5/2014, I had a new furnace/AC installed by Damian & Malcolm. They arrived a little bit early (great!). They were very personable, polite, professional and hard working. It was a big project and they worked hard all day. They went above and beyond as when they went into my backyard, there was a big dead bird and they said they would get rid of it for me! They were respectful of keeping my home clean by not making a mess. They explained everything to me after the installation. I was very please overall with the service.

Adam and Marcel did a wonderful job and they cleaned up afterwards, which is unusual. They both had great personalities that makes having workers in your home fun. Thanks .

Giancarlo from Reliance came and replaced my Hot Water tank. He was very professional and quickly took care of everything. He knows exactly what he is doing. I have a new unit now just working perfectly.

OUSTANDING SERVICE - Barry Greer 1691of Kingston did an excellent job at fixing the problem with my air conditioning. In the process he discovered why my HRV Venmar was not working at all. Provided tips and tutorial on setting AC and HRV thermostat to get better usage, showed me how to remove and clean the HRV filters. He recommended that I replace the 17 year old water heater along with outdated black PVC pipes to newer white abs pipes. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, polite and professional. A very good experience!

Jason Rowe (289-880-9622) provided excellent customer service - he's very knowledgeable and personable. After examining our home and explaining the benefits of a tankless hot water system, we decided to book our installation for next week. Looking forward to referring Jason to family and friends.
