Our hot water tank in the basement leaked and started to create small flooding. We called up Reliance right away and they immediately sent a person to check on the situation. We we're also connected by the agent directly to the service crew Maric who gave me further instructions to shut off the main faucet. Immediately, the next day, a new hot water tank was installed and we were so happy and satisfied with the assistance provided by the agents and the service crew Maric. Excellent customer service!

Reliance technician Gurmeet Singh was send down to replace my hot water today, although there was a mix up of the venting cost but i was able to straight it out with the customer service. Gurmeet went extra miles to help saving us from cutting out our ceiling drywall. Overall i am very happy with the service especially with Gurmeet Singh

The technician, Adam, arrived promptly, worked quickly to get the unit ready for the heat of summer, and gave lots of helpful advice on keeping my system running smoothly all summer long. A very pleasant experience. I won't hesitate to hire them again!

Spotted a leak and rang Reliance. Operator organised a site visit within the hour. Extremely professional service. Very courteous and friendly. Very thorough job. Site was left in perfect condition

From the initial consultation to the install, very professional and quick. Clean up after the job was done, and the sales associate stopped by the job site to make sure everything was going well. No problems recommending them to family and friends!

After 7 years of paying my bill on time and in full the one time I need service on my hot water tank they cannot provide same day service. This company is a joke. 6 phone calls later with 1 hang up still got no where , managers hide behind their computers an refuse to deal with issues...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FULL OF EXCUSES and simply do not provide services they promise. SHAME!

My wife Yvonne called Reliance today and asked if she could have someone come and take a look at our water heater. Quite pleasantly surprising, the appointment was set for the same day. Within a very short time Matt, the serviceman and Kevin the supervisor showed up. Both men were very friendly, professional and took the time to explain to us how old the water heater was and what the problems could be and most likely were. Based on their knowledgeable explanation Yvonne and I decided to upgrade our water heater. Matt was extremely professional, efficient and unbelievably clean in his work. The new heater was installed and the old one removed and taken away. When Matt (employee #1920) and Kevin left our home you would never know that our water heater was changed except that the water heater was shiny and new and not 18 years old. Yvonne and I were very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Very timely, friendly and professional.This is the way customer service is supposed to be. Thank you very much. P.S - Today is Yvonnes birthday and these 2 men did everything possible to ensure her day was not affected negatively in anyway. Great job guys. Lance Murphy

I have not had a worse customer experience with ANY company in my life as I have with Reliance Home Comfort. Absolutely DO NOT engage this company's services. They have no problem setting appointments and being no show for 2 days straight. Also, good luck getting to a "supervisor". They are the biggest joke running in terms of how a business their size deals corrects their own serious errors. It amazes me how a company with a customer services mandate like theirs is not in effects whatsoever and yet they are still in business. Too big to fail and policies that insulate the decision makers from having to make decisions. Well done Reliance! You have managed to convert your client into someone else's!
