There was a little glitch with getting a technician to my site, but no harm done. As soon as the technician got there, he was quick to diagnose the problem and had it resolved in no time. Since I'm still in the "cooling period" of my maintenance plan, even the call itself is not covered. So, he advised me that since the system IS working, I should hold off in getting anything else checked and/or fixed. Before he left, he also gave me a few tips on how to make my system more efficient.

Mike.Zevallos came to my house to repair my a/c. He called ahead to ensure Someone was home. When Mike entered my home he was more then polite, he delivered great customer service along with explaining steps of what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. I strongly would recommend Reliance and Mike Zevallos to friends and family. Great service.

Mike Zavallos puts the reliance in Reliance Home Comfort. I trust his opinion because of his expert knowledge and for taking the time to answer all of my questions. He fixed my water pump this time but has fixed my furnace in the past, until I finally got all new equipment thanks to his advice. He is the reason I choose Reliance for my HVAC products and service and refer my friends and family too.

I had a leak in the water tank and I was booked for an appointment between 4-8 PM. Gurmeet , a reliance service technician came at 5 PM well within time frame. He diagnosed the issue well and fixed the leaked in a very professional way. He has a very pleasing personality and well informed. I would recommend him for the service calls to others.

My A/C stopped working at a property. and called Reliance - Mike Zevallos service tech came. He was prompt on time when he said he would arrive. He was amazingly polite/professional. I asked him questions and he explained everything he was doing which gave me confidence and trust in his work. It took less than an hour to fix and went out of his way to ensure i was satisfied with the work that was done. It is very rare that you get exceptional customer service from a technical service who showed that he really cared about what he was doing. I would recommend using Reliance to anyone who has a furnace or A/C - basically i would recomment to everyone reading this review.

Called because I was having problems with my hot water tank, the technician came the next day as scheduled and made the appropriate repairs necessary and I was up and running in an hour, great service, friendly people. I'm happy with their service.
