The service technician Mike Zevallos arrived as scheduled. He came in with all the equipment he needed to get the job done. I asked him to keep me up to date on what exactly he is doing for the maintenance. He patiently answered any questions I had. He completed the job in a timely manner. When I mentioned that my AC cover seems to be missing, he mentions that sometimes they blow away which I did not expect. At the end of the service I was surprised when he mentioned to me that he found my AC cover and brought it into the garage for me. This was above and beyond what he was there to do but this showed his caring nature of doing more for his customer. I was grateful for this gesture. Thank you Mike.

Tommy is a good, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, friendly, and professional sale representative. He will explain everything to you and whatever they will be doing. He will answer all of our questions. Great job! I'm impressed! Highly recommended. Great customer service. I will give 5 stars. The technicians will come on time with all their equipments to install the furnace. They work very careful and they also clean the floor after their jobs and left no mess behind. They are extremely pleasant guys. They knew exactly what to do. They have done a terrific job. I'm impressed! They finished the work on time, without rushing, and did a spectacular job! I met Dave McKerlie at the home show and he made me feel very comfortable speaking with him. Reliance replaced my furnace/ac units today. The team members Josh and Alex arrived when expected and did an awesome job. All three were courteous and so friendly to deal with. Thank you all for a job well done.

I'm very happy with the service I received, there were problems before the installation took place, but the sales rep Jason Newton was very helpful and sorted everything out. A great job was done with the installation of the furnace and tankless water heater. We are very happy with everyone who was involved, and will recommend reliance to everyone.

Dave S. - employee #1618 did an excellent job on this service call (#BEA6216862002 - May 7/14). He provided us with valuable advice on how to maximize our air conditioner performance and advice to reduce our air conditioner operating costs.He also seemed to really enjoy his job and showed great communication skills with his customer. Joe D'Onofrio responded to our call about a noisy Goodman furnace. He arrived punctually after calling ahead, shrugged off our giant barking dog, and immediately identified the problem with the furnace. 10 minutes later he had ordered a replacement part to be delivered to my house the following day. When it arrived I was to call the office and make an appointment for the following day at which time Joe would come back and install the part. It arrived, I called, he came and installed it. It could not have been less painful.

We just replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless system. The installers did a good job, from removal of old unit to drilling holes for the vent pipes to hanging on the wall. Job was well done. Clean up was performed with no mess left at the site. My only issue was the thermostat is mounted slightly crooked to the front of the unit which is highly visible when walking into the laundry room. We are happy with the product and do not notice any difference with the supply of hot water. Looking forward to the money savings in the future. Thank you Shawn
