Our sales person was Rodney Schunker who took us with the whole process quite professionally. He gave us an amazing quote and made sure was there to see the process through. I woukd say Reliance has one amazing salesperson and I would recommend him to many more of my contacts.

Reliance technicians Jeff (1023) and Dan (2097) just installed my new furnace and A/C unit and we are thrilled to bits. The quality of their workmanship as expected, was excellent. The way they answered all my silly questions was totally professional. Great job.

had to call this company 6 months after having a new furnace/air condo installed in November for an air condo that was leaking. Was pleased to see that the service tech, Adam Walker new exactly what the problem was. Even though a minor oversight during installation this company came within 24 hours of our call with a very professional tech. Thanks Adam!

In the afternoon of May 8/14 my husband had discovered that our old water heater was blowing the breaker and we found out that it was leaking badly. I went to the yellow pages and called Reliance. I spoke with Alison, told her the story and she said that the first appointment that she had was for Saturday. I said ok, she then asked if we had any hot water and I said no. She said that she was going to try to fast track the appointment. After answering all the question that she needed it was about 4:30pm. at about 6:45pm a Reliance tech was knocking on our door! by 8:45pm our new water heater was installed and he was removing his tools! We were amazed by the direct way Harry handled everything. He told us that who ever had installed the old tank had put it in backwards, so he had to do some creative techniques to get the tank unhooked and then drain it. All in all I would recommend Reliance to any and everyone. What a great job!!! Michelle N.

Brendan Murray was the sales rep - he's excellent. Explained everything clearly and followed up to make sure I was happy. The installers were great - arrived on time, clean and tidy, and explained everything to me. I'm happy and would recommend them.

Replacing our furnace and ac was a big job but we couldn't asked for anyone better than Josh & Alex (team member #1147). They arrived on time, explained everything that needed to be done, made sure we understood how to operate our new systems, and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. Speaking of patience; even our energetic and VERY curious puppy-dog couldn't wear them down : ) 10/10 !!

May 7, 2014 I am so happy and satisfied to see that Reliance sent one of their own technicians to resolve my heater water tank issue and not a sub-contractor. Othmane Kanouni was the highly skilled and experienced Reliance technician who arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and completed all repairs within a short time frame. His workmanship is top class. Thank you once again, Othmane

The service I receive from Chris (907) and your new employee Grayson (1870) was excellent. I had a new compressor installed on a brand new A/C and everything is working great now. Chris was customer friendly, knew what he was doing and was showing Grayson the how too. Overall service was EXCELLENT.

Mohammed Wasay was sent by Reliance to replace our hot water tank and pipes. He was very quick and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was also very courteous of the fact that my husband had been working nights and was asleep. He didn't even hear him. Thank you Mohammed.
