Just had an air conditiner installed. Installers showed up on time, installed the unit quickly and efficiently. Our sales rep Brendan Murray gave us great service, was prompt and kept in touch with us from beginning to end. Would recommentd Reliance to our friends.

Hello, this is to let you know that I had my furnace and ac unit replaced by Reliance through Tom Gianitsopulos. I should say he has an extraordinary sales talent, excellent manners and communication skills. He was so friendly and courteous that he won my business. Even his technician team were excellent people to deal with and they did a marvellous job. Thank you Tommy, Jason and team.

Was woken up last night to my furnace sounding like a car engine running without a muffler. Called Reliance right away and was able to schedule a service man to come out that day. He arrived at noon, was friendly and courteous and quickly ascertained the problem. Unfortunately I had opted out of their protection plan, which turned out to be an expensive mistake, but it could have been worse. The part was fixed and the furnace was running again by 2pm. The service guy also discussed with me the various dishonest companies running around and told me how to identify them and strategies on how to deal with them. I very much appreciated all his advice and I'm very glad my furnace is up and running again.

The technician Adam Walker did a phenomenal job of both diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Adam was very professional and thorough, and he dedicated the time required for a complete and permanent solution that provided us with peace of mind we have come to expect from Reliance Home Comfort. I strongly recommend Reliance and Adam, to all homeowners who have been through the nightmare of the excessive costs and inconvenience of furnace and air conditioner breakdowns during peak winter and summer months. Call was answered by the most knowledgeable & helpful technician Bradley Starratt. patient & efficient , fixed the problem . Advised me where the problem was & the cause .Dont find just humble , patient technicians Thank you !!

H-R continued to bill us for this Hot Water rental months after we advised them of our move - customer service for billing issues is terrible, they are still trying to collect 2 years later.

I purchase the monthly furnace plan from Reliance and I had my annual furnace maintenance today. Frank and Rob came early and completed the service quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain to me the settings for my humidifier and also taught me how to maintain my HVAC system. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Our hot water tank sprung a leak Sunday afternoon, called Reliance and they sent a technician out Monday. Matt was our technician employee #1920. He was very efficient,wore covers over his outdoor boots, covered our stairs with a red carpet as to not damage our carpet. Was done in less than an hour. Thank you Matt for a job well done. Would recommend him anytime, nice to have hot water again. Our tank was 20 years old.

Robert (#1191019) called to confirm the appointment, was punctual, performed the maintenance check and determined that our Honeywell thermostat was (1) not wired correctly and (2) programmed for an air furnace and not a boiler. We looked online for a manual and he made the proper adjustments. He even gave me some tips for safely installing auto bleed valves on my cast iron rads.

I booked an appointment with Reliance to discuss options with regards to replacing a 20-yeard-old furnace and air conditioning system. The furnace had survived this brutal winter but I had doubts that it would make it through another and did not want to go into a snap decision should a major problem occur next winter. The salesman, Dave Masters, came by and we spent a significant amount of time going over requirements, why I was looking to replace the system, and pricing options. I was very pleased with the options available and Dave's explanations of the newer capabilities of the new furnaces and air conditioners. We decided to go with a full system replacement which included a new air filter and humidifier. We decided to rent the system as when I looked at cost avoidance scenarios, the actual cost of the system itself is quite reasonable, The installers came in the next week and were thorough in the new installation, cleanup, and removal of the old gear. The system was tested and all was working as expected. I am very pleased with the sound level for the AC. I would recommend Reliance to anyone who is looking to replace a furnace or AC. I will choose Reliance when I decide to replace my hot water heater.
