John came and checked out our hot water tank. We didn't have hot water on Tuesday evening April 8th, 2014. Next day, we had hot water. Don't know what the problem was, but thought we should have it checked. Everything seems to be working just fine. Good job.

The Tech came in knowing the problem and quickly corrected it, his name was Richard Podzorski. Very Happy with the level of service from time of arrival to understanding the problem. Thanks once again. Brampton

From salesperson Betty Burton to installers Mark P &Mike L we had a very good experience. Timely and skilled installation and clean up. Betty answered all our questions and followed up on the work. Thanks to all.

Daryl and Wes came today to replace our water heater. They showed up promptly, said hello, introduced themselves, and got right to work. Daryl gave me an option of a larger refurbished unit which I was unaware of, but decided to go with. We run a lot of baths so it was a welcomed option. They were done quickly and took a few minutes to show me how the unit works and asked if I had any questions. All in all a very positive experience. Even surprisingly good for such a large company. Since we rent from Reliance the whole thing was free of charge.

We decided to upgrade our HVAC system and we had the pleasure of working with Betty Burton from Reliance Home Comfort. Betty was very helpful and trustworthy - even after the installation was completed. There would be no hesitation in recommending Betty!

hot water tank gave out, 20 years old...timing could not have been worse. I have tenant in the house, I was packing to go to my borthers wedding for the next 5 days...it had to be sorted out....they did not there and then...no fuss no games thanks to team member # 2513

Ryan & Jon (team 1659) did an excellent job. Very professional, answered all questions, great attitude towards their work and customer. If I have any problems in the future, this is the team I want.

i stayed home expecting the technician to come over to exchange my hot water tank today ,asked for a specific tech to come out they sent another one who had no hot water tank to bring me. They booked the appointment wrong again as last week I stayed home from 1 to 5 then called at 7 asking where technicien was??? Now i had to rescedule tomorrow with technicien i actually asked for ,lets see what will happen. The only good thing is that the techniciens are very nice & polite & this is not their fault its customer service needs to pay more attention ??

Joe Green was sent out to fix my hot water tank under the warranty. He was on time, even called 15 minutes before the appointment. He was very professional and quick. Thank you.
