I noticed a problem with my hot water flow and called Reliance right away. I spoke to 'Vicky' who was very helpful and set up an appointment for the same morning for a technician to check my unit. Jim B. (team member 352) arrived within 2 hours of my call, found the problem and fixed it quickly at no charge (since I rent my unit). Jim was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with Reliance and their employees, both Vicky and Jim B. Thank you.

Needed to replace our Furnace & Airconditioner.Called Reliance and the Salesrep.Jeff Parson took the time to explain and answer all our Questions.The Insallation by Barry & ? was done in one Day They both worked very hard & efficiant . .Thanks Reliance & Team.

I had an issue with my old water heater that I rented from Reliance and required replacement. I was not happy with Reliance because they had send out technicians many times but failed to resolve the issue. Joey D (#0977) with A.J (#2463) came by at about 7:15 AM with much information form the despatcher. When they arrived and saw that I was without heat or hot water they took it on themselves to make sure that a new unit and required parts were dispatched to my address waited for it and installed it with absolute professionalism. Joey in addition to be very, very skilled in his job was a perfect mentor to AJ who enjoyed the learning experience using this opportunity to become an expert. Both made sure that the system was working well, cleaned up and removed all waste. By the time they were done I was back to singing Reliance praises.

My hot water stopped working and after about 3 tries and a lot of on the spot problem solving . Ringo from Reliance saved the day thank you for your patience sir.

We purchased an air conditioner unit from Betty Burton at Reliance in Windsor. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain things clearly. We have since referred several of our friends to her. They are all very pleased with her friendly and professional manner and the service that Reliance provides.

Chris (Employee # 7204) was courteous and friendly. He called ahead of time as to when he would arrive and did arrive at that time. He finished in a timely manner. Very happy with his service and will ask for him to come again to do maintenance on my air conditioner. Highly recommend!

AJ Empl# 2463 & Joey Empl# 0977 arrived with 1/2 hr of our call for service. Replacement rental water heater was installed in less than 2 hrs. They were both courteous and very professional. Thanks to them we hot water again very quickly. The call also was handled quickly and politely. Highly recommend.

First, thank you for the quick turnaround and response. I called Friday April 4 to report a problem, and had an appointment the next day. The representative, Merrick, was extremely professional, thorough and friendly. He explained the issue and outlined the next steps necessary for the resolution of this issue. He also arranged for the necessary replacement, again with an appointment the next day. Fantastic service all around. The next day, the two representatives, Mike and Nick, were also professional and friendly, and they took care of the replacement very quickly. They also showed concern for my personal property, putting down protective covering over my hardwood and stairs, and left the area clean when done. All of these gentlemen are terrific ambassadors for your company, and I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Kudos to them and your organization. James Anderson.

Had issues with a rented hot water heater, which was repaired last week by reliance employee Adam and replace today by A.J, and Joey D. Each one did a great job. They were all friendly, polite, efficient and competent which was very much appreciated.

Daryl & Wes From Reliance Home Comfort replaced our water heater tank this morning in record time. Water was only off for a short period. They were courteous, phoned ahead to let us know when to expect them and then arrived at the time specified, very efficient, knew what they were doing, explained the new tank and were great at cleaning up after the work was done. We were very pleased with the service they provided!!!!!!!
