Hot Water Heater
I noticed a problem with my hot water flow and called Reliance right away. I spoke to 'Vicky' who was very helpful and set up an appointment for the same morning for a technician to check my unit. Jim B. (team member 352) arrived within 2 hours of my call, found the problem and fixed it quickly at no charge (since I rent my unit). Jim was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with Reliance and their employees, both Vicky and Jim B. Thank you.
